Camping World review: Incompetent, deceiving, unreliable and ghosting us.

It has been one year since we brought our camper into the Berkley, Ma store for repairs, should have taken 2 months. The workmanship was very poor; they broke parts that were not broken. They replaced trim outside with a different color and the border inside broke within a 20-minute drive. We actually accepted the wrong color on the trim because we needed the camper after 8 months. They took a ladder and screen which took over a month to replace. We are still waiting for the trim/border to be replaced a year later. They do not return calls for weeks, when they finally do, there is an excuse as to why the parts are not there. Corporate has not been helpful.
