Camille Rose Naturals review: Never received missing item from order

I placed an order, but one of the items was missing. I emailed the company and never received a response. I then sent a message on IG; they responded asking for the order # and the name of the missing item. I responded, but they never responded again...I could see that my response was read, though. I will never order from this company again. I'm seeing that this company has a reputation for not sending complete orders without resolving the issues or responding to customers. So they are basically taking customers' money without providing complete orders. At this point, I no longer want anything from Camille Rose.
