I purchased five products from the Camille Rose website April 12th
I purchased five products from the Camille Rose website April 12th. April 19th I received a package with one item of the five I ordered. I received an email stating all of my items had been shipped and received. I immediately followed up with an email and Instagram message stating I never received the other four products I paid for. Nearly $100! After sending multiple messages I finally received a response from Camille Rose stating this was a USPS issue. The problem was items were missing from the company directly. Not long afterwards I received an email from Camille Rose stating they would send me a new tracking number with the missing items. I never received that new tracking number or the items I PAID for. The company is not responding my emails or social media messages. This is very frustrating. All I want are the items or a refund.

It is now 08/9. I am still waiting to receive an order placed 07/08. I email & IG message and no response. I want money back. I placed this order #67381 on 07/08. It is now 08/9. I track my order via USPS Tracking *** and it has yet to leave the warehouse in Macon Georgia. I put in an inquiry and was told 7/16 that some items were discontinued and cause my order to held up but would be shipping soon. Well I still don't have my product and tracking number still shows the items in Macon Georgia. I placed a complaint 07/18 and received reply stating there's delay in supplies. On 08/05, I emailed again wanting shipping status and no reply. Well I don't want them anymore. Even, if they ship, I don't want them. Camille Rose can keep the products that are still at their warehouse. I would like refund.
Honestly the worst customer service I ever encountered
Honestly the worst customer service I ever encountered. I ordered 5 products through them. I ordered 3 hair vitamin bottles, leave in conditioner and clean rinse shampoo. When I received my order on May 12,2021 I noticed my shampoo wasn't I. The box. I emailed the customer service email. Asking for either a refund or for the item to be shipped. They responded that they ran out of shampoo and that's why they didn't ship it. But would not be issuing a refund due to there refund policy but will send me a new order and tracking order. I emailed them several times since because I have not received either yet only to be ignored by the company it has been 6 days and quite frankly They really need to work in that policy and customer service. No refund for an item you said you had but really didn't? How is that my problem. You guys made the mistake and should fix it!

The products were old and expired. Quality control? On June 15 I ordered four items from Camille rose website. The order number was ***. I received the order on June 22. When I opened up the order I opened up my items and noticed that the cane sugar bomb had an foul odor and the consistency of the product didn't looked as described. The Tamanu cleansing bar had black spots on it that appeared moldy. The bomb cost $10 and the bar of soap cost three dollars. My order was a total to 33.99. I reached out to their customer service several times and have not received a response. I also try to submit a review about the product and they never published the review. I believe that they are only putting the good reviews on their page and that is what enticed me to buy the product is looking at the reviews. They are not submitting the bad reviews as well, I'm sure that they have some.

On May 16th I placed an order on the Camille Rose Site for 4 bottles of *** & Honey - Ultimate Growth Serum & 4 bottles of *** Cowash. My total with shipping and Tax came to 137.30. I received a confirmation on 5/16 that the order was received & on 5/17 that the order had shipped. However, on 5/21 when the package was delivered, it was the incorrect order my order # is XXXXXX. The order I received was order XXXXXX, 1 bottle of *** "LEAVE-IN COLLECTION" totaling 19.90 to a *** in South Easton MA. I have made 3 attempts to contact this company to have this matter resolved, starting on 5/21 when the package was delivered to with no follow up response. I have left my information with order numbers, phone numbers, and email and no one has called. I found a phone number for the company as well and no one answered. I did leave a message with my information and no one has called.

On Black Friday Camille Rose had a sale and unfortunately they marked some of their products incorrectly and I asked for a refund. I asked for a refund on my order number *** on the same day it was placed due to them incorrectly pricing their black friday items. Everything was supposed to be 10 dollars or less and one of the items I ordered was at full price. After reading their return policy, I noticed that I can get a refund if I ask for it before the item ships. I sent out an email asking for a price adjustment then I decided to ask for a refund and make a new order so it would be easier. I got a reply saying that it was fine and I thanked them for their time. I noticed on December 1st that my order shipped from that incorrect order and I emailed them. They have not replied to me. Honestly at this point, I won't be shopping with them anymore. You are not a small start up to be having these types of bad customer service.

Products ordered were returned to sender due to an incorrect address. I would like the products to be resent or be reimbursed. I placed an order to the company through their online website on 03/19. I entered an incorrect address, which I am taking full responsibility of, so my order (#***) was returned to sender. I have contacted this company multiple times through email and phone. I was able to speak to a representative one time at the [protected] number who stated once the products have been received they will ship them out to my correct address and if they are not received I will receive a call. I gave the representative my email, shipping address and phone number. I have not heard back from any one. None of my emails were ever replied to. Emailed 4 times and only one was answered and I was told two weeks for delivery. Has been two weeks and no products. I am paying through afterpay and do not want the products. I even sent The owner a message through Instagram and o answer. They post everyday but can't tend to their customers needs or answer emails or customers request to cancel order. I have paid so far $65.42 of $128.85 as it drafts out automatically every 2 weeks from bank account. I want my money back and order cancelled asap. Poor customer service experience and way too long to wait on products i originally was going to buy in store but wanted to buy directly from.owner and see that was the wrong mistake.

The company never sent items I ordered. I placed an order on April 1 (Order #***, total amount - $58.77).I received a confirmation email on April 2 that my order had shipped. I clicked the tracking link and the status was "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". The status has not changed. I emailed customer service April 9 asking for an update on when the items would ship. No response. I sent them a message on Instagram on April 11. No response. I emailed again on April 17. No response. I emailed on April 21 asking for a refund. On May 1st customer service finally responded with the following response "Hello ***, We apologize for the delay and inconvenience due to COVID-19. Unfortunately once an order has been processed we cannot issue refunds. Your products will be arriving in no time!" On May 9 I responded, thanking them and asking when the order will ship and could I get the tracking number. No response. I emailed again May 23 to inform them I still didn't receive my items and asked for tracking information. No response. It is now June 4th and I still don't have the items I ordered.

You message them on their social media platform such as Instagram or send them an email & do not receive a response back, but they are continuously updating their social media. I order a $40 growth bundle which is suppose to include: 1 Ajani Growth and Shine Balm 2 Cocoa Nibs & Honey - Ultimate Growth Serum 3 Superfoods Vitamin 4 Rejuva-Drops 5 Algae Renew. I only recieved Ajani Growth and Shine Balm, Cocoa Nibs & Honey - Ultimate Growth Serum oil, and the Superfoods Vitamin pills. I have 2 missing items which are the rejuva drops and the algea renew deep conditioner. I sent an email to the company immediately informing them of the issue and sent a direct message to them on Instagram when I recieved my order. It's almost a month now with no recourse. This is exactly why it makes it hard to support black owned businesses. I've looked online & I see alot if reviews from other oaging customer who are experiencing the same ordeal. I order products on 5-15. I received an email that my package was shipped 5-22, I never received my product or a response from the company. My order number is ***. I ordered my products on 5-18. I received an email from the company that my package was shipped on 5-22, however I constantly check the tracking information and it says that it is still in pre shipment. I have reached out to the company several times attempting to reach customer service to know the status of my package and when I can expect it's arrival. I ordered 8 products in total from this company a few weeks ago and have only received 4 of them. I have reached out several times with no response. On June 2nd I ordered a total of 8 products from this company. The order number was ***. The total of the 8 products came up to $117.97. The package shipped on June 12th with one shipping number in the email. On June 15th I received an email saying that my package had been delivered and that the shipment contained all 8 products. When I opened the box there were only 4 products in the box. The 4 products that I did receive are the Clean Rinse ($10), the Almond Jai Twisting Butter ($16.99), the Jansyns Moisture Max ($14), and the Fresh Curl products ($14). The products that I am missing are the Oud Rich Infusion Hair Oil ($9.99), the Curl Maker($22), the Curl Love Moisture Milk ($15), and the Oud Rich Infusion Moisture Treatment ($15.99). I have reached out to the company through email 3 times and have not heard back and I have also direct messaged them on Instagram and have also not heard back. The first email I sent was on the 15th if June. The last email was on Thursday the 18th. This company also has two different emails according to the emails they send with purchase confirmation and on their website. I have emailed to the two different emails and no response from either. I have been unable to contact this company after receiving damaged and unusable products (haircare products leaked through the package). $87 at stake On 6/11, I placed an order for 2 Leave-In Collection sets, a total of $87, order number: 63478. My order was shipped by 6/15, and on 6/18, the package was delivered to my doorstep. When I saw the package, I did not know what to think--it was leaking onto our doorstep..the usps placed it in a plastic bag and placed a label on the package, stating they received it in damaged condition. It was so ruined and a such a big mess! I don't even know what was in the box! I didn't pay $87 for that and have never received anything in such a state. There was a smell and my husband helped me clean the mess so it didn't attract critters to our home. I have several pictures, never seen anything like it. Initially, I was extremely excited about this purchase and it was my first purchase through Camille Rose's site. Never again, unless there is a reasonable explanation that someone can tell me, but no one is answering me. There's no way to leave a voicemail on the number from the order confirmation email: [protected], it just rings and I've called numerous times on different days. Emails went to: [protected]@camillerose and via "Contact Us" on her website, along with my contact information and photos of the damaged package. This is not fair. I can be understanding, so please make it right. I followed up with USPS and they stated it's important to make contact with Camille Rose to resend the package and have it properly sealed and labeled, but they have an obligation to deliver. USPS also stated a file could be claimed, but again, I would need to make contact with Camille Rose because of the needed information.

I have not received my item On April 18th I ordered two items from Camille Rose Naturals: Buritti Nectar Repair CHOLESTEROL TREATMENT and Courage Nourishing Co-Wash. I paid with my debit card and the money was taken out immediately and posted, which was fine. This has been done before as they have fulfilled my order. They emailed me April 23rd after I contacted them stating that my order has shipped. A few days went by and my order was still in "pre shipment status." I emailed them again and sent them what USPS was telling me. They again, assured me my items would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I emailed them once again and they didn't respond. I have since emailed them seven or more times and have not heard back. I even emailed the CEO of camille rose, Janell and the last email that was received was the the following: Hello ***, We apologize for the delay we can assure you your products will be arriving in no time. Once an order has been processed we cannot issue a refund we apologize again for the delay due to COVID-19. I have requested a refund several times and been denied each time. I understand that COVID19 has impacted many delivery times and shipments. However, my shipment email from them was false and misleading. It never has been received at the carrier facility. Thus, I have demanded and politely requested an email from this company and have been declined or ignored on numerous occasions. I am also concerned by the fact that they do not charge tax and only shipping - as this is a business that is sold in many stores in the US (that take tax) but their personal website does not. I look forward to any additional help in achieving my money back. I paid 27.99 and 3.00 for shipping making it 30.99.

When I placed the order on the two items discounted at $13.40 Cocoa nibs oil (order #38470) and $13.40 cholesterol hair treatment (order #***) I bought on November 28, and I received a confirmation email with the order # . It was shipped the next day and I received the tracking number *** for the oil and *** For the cholesterol hair treatment. I was supposed to get one of my orders on December 2. However, my package was delivered on December 3 once I opened my package I see the cholesterol hair treatment but the oil wasn't there. I contacted the delivery company USPS days later for the investigate my case about me not receiving my package but they weren't much help since they don't know exactly where my package is even though it said it was delivered but I didn't receive so they assumed it was either sent to the wrong address or it was stolen. On December 12, I finally contact the Camille Rose customer service through email to explain to them but it took 6 days later to finally answer my email and all they asked me for was my order # and tracking number. After that, the company responded to my email by stating that my order was delivered even thought I told them earlier in my email that I have not received it. I replied to their email on December 20, saying that I have never received my package. The company took a long time to reply to my email finally on December 30, they responded to my email stating that they will resend it to me and wanted to make sure that my address was correct so I written back to them saying to please resend it and I included my address in it. On January 3, I was sent a tracking number for my package ***; however, the package never moved from the facility and I still never received it so on January 15 I sent a final message to the company to tell them that I never received the package, the package hasn't moved at all from what I'm observing on tracking, and I told them instead to refund me and forget about the product. After that final email I sent to the company I still have never gotten a response back from them and the package was never delivered to me. So right now it is April 16 and I still have never heard any answers back from them.
