Folica is a real mess. Their customer service is just terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I had a really bad experience with them recently when I placed an order on their website. They added a bunch of extra items to my order without my permission, and when I tried to contact them to fix the issue, they were completely unresponsive.
To make matters worse, when I finally did get in touch with someone at Folica, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care at all about my concerns, and they even sent me a spam email as revenge for complaining about their service. It was really frustrating and unprofessional.
I've since filed several complaints with the Better Business Bureau, but I don't know if anything will come of it. All I know is that I'll never be shopping at Folica again. My experience with Folica was a complete disaster. I was planning a ladies' charity luncheon and needed 45 of a specific item that was in stock on their website. I placed my order a month in advance and used my no limit AmEx to make sure everything went smoothly. However, as the event drew closer, I became concerned that I hadn't received any shipping information. I decided to email Folica to inquire about my order's status, but I never received a response.
Frustrated, I called their customer service line and was told that my order had been cancelled because it was "too big." I was shocked and confused. My credit card had no issues, so why was my order cancelled? The representative couldn't give me a clear answer and simply repeated that it was "too big." This website is not good. I used to buy from them a long time ago and it was fine, but this time I put in an order on March 10th and got a confirmation email. They charged my card that day, but after 3 days I still didn't get any info about shipping. I went online to check and there was no record of my order, and they had given my money back. I sent them 3 emails asking what happened but they didn't answer me. Don't use this website, they don't do business well. At least I got my money back but I was worried they would charge me again if I bought the thing somewhere else and then I would have to return it and it would be a big problem.

So, I ordered this one thing from Folica like a week and a half ago. And let me tell you, it's been a real hassle. I keep getting these notifications saying that my package will arrive in just a couple more days. But it's like, come on, man. I've been shopping at Folica for years and never had any issues until recently. I decided to try out a hair treatment that cost me a whopping $42!
