Camella Homes review: No turnover of the house even it already paid ( 1 comment)

Inspection of the house done last November 20 with the engineer and the foreman and promised to be turnover by december. I went back to the camella davao office to check the date of the turnover last december 20, but unfortunately, it cant be turnover and nothing in the house was improved since the last time we do our inspection. As promised again by december 27, but again nothing happened, and again by january 8, and again no turover was done. It such a big waste of my time. I hope you do your action immidiately. This is so very disappointing. I have invsted my money for my family but you have only given me a lame reason. I hope you will fixed this immediately and give feedback for your action taken. Thanks

a house cannot be turned over to you by camella unless your bank gives the green light to do so. So basically its a green light between camella office and your bank. you probablly have a loan from the bank thats why its taking a long time to turn it over.
