Lock intergrity. They blatantly lied about services not done. I'm glad we don't have them running our HOA anymore.

Priestley Management Company This company is the most horrable

This company is the most horrable. I mean horrable company ever ! They dont call back they will send fees to attorney to make extra money off people. They are a company about money and not for the people .. They do nothing for the neighborhoods beside cut glass with fake landscaping company .. If you have a problem with your account good luck with contacting them or therm contacting you because other wise they will send a letter from attorney. If I could give them a zero I would.

Priestley Management Company I don't even wanna leave one store by have too

I don't even wanna leave one store by have too. One of the worst HOA companies. Granted they do respond promptly but seldom do anything about the issues presented. I have sent photos and addresses of violators and nothing is done. Issues ongoing and not due to COVID: 1. Why is GSO office managing WS property? There is a WS office. We were told once a month they come by to look at the property. 2. Prior to Covid-19 there were/are several houses with their Christmas lights on. 3. Parking in non-parking locations on the street. I even cited the rules that this was not permitted. Told call the city. 4. Housing has been completed and they still have not fixed the streets where there are holes and standing water. Not done. 5. Common areas are to be maintained by HOA. Not all areas are taken care of. 6. Trash cans still left on the curbs all week, month, year. 7. Lawns are not being maintained properly by homeowners. 8. Pet deposits over-filled. AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. Why do we bother paying them?

Priestley Management Company Priestley Management is a real pain

Priestley Management is a real pain. They sent me a letter in May, talking about pressure washing and cutting weeds that ain't even on my property. I sent 'em some pics of my home to prove it, and they were like, "case closed." But guess what? In September, I got hit with not one, not two, but three more letters. The first one was about pressure washing again and those darn weeds that ain't even on my property line. Can you believe it? The part of my house that they want to pressure wash is the top third on the side that ain't even visible from the street. So, they must be trespassing on my yard, right? I was like, "Fine, give me a month to sort it out," 'cause I'm a single mom and all. But what do I get a week later? Another letter, this time about a basketball goal that ain't even mine and ain't even in my yard. And just today, I get a "final notice" about pressure washing, even though it's only been 14 days and they agreed to give me a month. Can you believe the nerve? They're straight-up harassing me! But you know what's funny? They ain't doing nothin' about the weeds and brush that everyone can see. The sidewalks are all messed up and dangerous too! Instead of bothering us homeowners, they should be fixing their own mess. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows not to move into a neighborhood with this HOA company, Priestley Management.

The issue with Priestley Management is that they hire people who ain't licensed or bonded or even in business to do work on the properties they manage. I looked it up on Google and the North Carolina Secretary of State website, and it's true. I live here and I've been having constant miscommunication with the property manager ever since I moved in.

Priestley Management Company I reached out to Priestley Management Company, Inc

I reached out to Priestley Management Company, Inc. regarding some cars in our development that don't have valid license plates. These cars seem to be abandoned and it's causing parking issues around our building. They directed me to Matthew Peel, but despite leaving him multiple messages, he never returns my calls. I really need them to tow these cars away as soon as possible.

Priestley Management Company I've reached out to this company multiple times 'bout my neighbor's dog barkin' all the time

I've reached out to this company multiple times 'bout my neighbor's dog barkin' all the time. They told me to talk to my neighbor, and I did. I sent emails and tried callin' Matthew P, but nothin' happened. I work from home, and the non-stop barkin' makes it hard to work. This ain't allowed by the HOA, so it needs to be taken care of right away.

Priestley Management Company I had a problem with a leak from the apartment above mine, and it caused damage to my ceiling

I had a problem with a leak from the apartment above mine, and it caused damage to my ceiling. I let the company know about it six months ago, but they still haven't fixed the ceiling. I also asked for a device to access the building, but I haven't received it yet. That was about a month ago, so I have to wait for a front desk operator to open the door for me to get into my own property. And the worst part is, they're still charging me $685.30 a month for HOA fees.

Priestley Management Company This company manages my HOA

This company manages my HOA. They won't come and fix things, and when they do try, it's just a cheap attempt to shut me up. I've been asking for weeks for the sign-in details for the HOA meeting, which I have the right to attend as a resident. But they've completely denied me that right by refusing to provide the information. Their attorney even contacted me about repairs, claiming it's not their responsibility when it actually is.

Priestley Management Company I filed a complaint before about a plumbing problem in my condo

I filed a complaint before about a plumbing problem in my condo. Priestley Management Company is a very horrible company. I have had a clogged kitchen sink since June . The owner of this company, David P, responded to my first complaint and lied, saying that the reason for the problem was grease and debris and that it was the responsibility of the condo owner. However, this was not true. The plumbing company "***" confirmed that the reason for the clogged sink was a broken pipe under the floor, not grease or debris. The plumber also confirmed that this is the responsibility of Priestley Management Company. PMC doesn't want to do their responsibility. This is a horrible company.

Priestley Management Company On 8/8 I found a leak in my house from the ceiling, 'cause of my neighbor's air conditioner

On 8/8 I found a leak in my house from the ceiling, 'cause of my neighbor's air conditioner. On 9/9 Seth G from PMC said twice that my HOA would pay for the damages to my walls, ceiling, and floor. I emailed on 8/11, 8/13, and 8/17 asking about the water fixing process. No response. Emailed again on 8/19 and Seth told me a contractor came to my place without telling me (I wasn't home) and found no damage. I asked Seth to send a team to check for moisture in the ceiling, walls, and floor. He said no need for that. On 8/20 I asked if no need for moisture check 'cause repairs will take care of it or 'cause contractor said no damage. No response. Emailed again on 9/10, no response. Today is 9/18 and still no response. The ceiling is damaged, so soft I made dents by touching it. My stuff got mildewed/molded, makes me think there's an issue in the ceiling and walls. The wood floor warped and turned black where the water was. I'd like to hear from PMC about how they'll fix this.

Priestley Management Company Priestley Management is in charge of maintaining the front door of the condo at Station One in Wrightsville Beach, NC

Priestley Management is in charge of maintaining the front door of the condo at Station One in Wrightsville Beach, NC. I've been sending emails and submitting work orders on their website for two years, asking them to fix the door. Maintenance has come a few times to fix it, but they always leave gaps where daylight can come in under and around the door. Because Priestley won't fix the door, our heating and AC bills are crazy high, sometimes reaching $500 a month. The door lets rain, cold and hot air, and humidity inside, causing damage to our appliances and furniture. When it rains, water seeps in under the door and ruins the new carpet, unless we're there to pull it back. So now the carpet looks worn in those areas where we've pulled it back multiple times, and there are water stains from the leaks. I sent my last work order to Mr. R's email on the Priestley website, and he just forwarded it to an employee named Ashley last Wednesday, without saying anything. Today, Monday, a temp told us that Ashley is sick and all they can do is take our name and leave a message. I can't believe that Ashley is the only person who can assign the maintenance team. This is a breach of contract and negligence. I've even threatened to take Priestley to small claims court if they don't fix the door, but they're still ignoring us today.

Priestley Management Company Priestley Management Company, Inc

Priestley Management Company, Inc. is in charge of handling the Vernon Farms HOA, and let me tell you, they've been sending me these letters about fees for "Trash / Vegetation" violations without any explanation. They wait until there are multiple violations and then slap a $100 charge on each one. Last year was the first time they did this, and let me tell you, they didn't even bother to describe the violations. They just waited until there were a bunch of them and then sent a notice. I told them I never received any notifications at my address through regular mail, but they had the audacity to blame me. They said it was my fault, like I must have forgotten or misplaced them. And get this, the violation was just about my trash can being visible from the street. So, I moved the darn thing to my backyard, behind the fence. They said they reduced the fines to $100, and when I checked my annual dues statement, it only showed $100 due for the fine. But guess what? It's happening all over again. I just received another letter dated 3/22/2022, talking about multiple violations, but there were no previous notices and no description of what exactly is wrong. And they want to charge me $100 for each violation. On top of that, they added back one of the fines from last year that was supposed to be removed. Can you believe it? The dates they're referring to for these "violations" are 12/10 and 1/10/2022. Since I never received any notices about these violations and they didn't bother to explain what needs to be fixed, I want them to remove the current charges of $200 and give me some assurance that they actually have a system in place to notify me about violations and include clear instructions on what needs to be fixed.

Priestley Management Company I didn't file a few complaints, but I talked to Cindy C

I didn't file a few complaints, but I talked to Cindy C., the property manager at Priestley Management, over the phone or email. One issue is about the security problem with the big, overgrown shrubs. I got permission to remove them at my own expense because the HOA didn't have the money. This complaint is about my neighbors. For 2 years, there were no problems. In September 2022, Unit C started playing their stereo/radio really loud. I had to turn up the volume on my TV to hear it in my own home. There has been a lot of communication. First, I complained to the neighbor, and they said it wasn't them. But that's not true. After a few days, myself and others figured out that it was definitely coming from their unit. They even bought a loud soundbar after I complained, which made things worse. During this time, Cindy and I exchanged 14 emails. She told me to contact the police, and I did that more than once. The officer has to hear the noise, and this couple knows how to manipulate the system by turning the volume up and down all day and night. They acted like they were entitled, and they didn't like that I complained when they disturbed me. I'm really sick with Covid, and I can't rest. I think this should be dealt with right away. I called and left voicemails for *** Priestley at work and on his mobile on November 4th. He hasn't had the courtesy to call me back. This loud, annoying boom, boom, boom is very rude, inconsiderate, and selfish. I'm extremely upset about this, especially because I know where it's coming from! The first question every officer asked me was if I reported it to the HOA for them to handle. And the answer was always YES. PMC needs to handle complaints as quickly as they handle the monthly HOA dues! If the neighbors had a problem, they should have told me instead of acting like children. This could have been avoided if they had dealt with it when I first emailed PMC on October 10th. Isn't that why we pay them to manage the property? It's now November 7th, and it's been way too long to put up with this annoying nonsense. I won't be forced to move before I'm ready to!

Priestley Management Company The company I'm complaining about is a Management Company for *** Homeowners Association

The company I'm complaining about is a Management Company for *** Homeowners Association. I've been a member/homeowner in this community for 13 years. My biggest complaint is that on June 23rd, a tree in the common area fell on my car and caused a dent on the roof. Priestley Management denied any responsibility, saying that they can't be held liable because the tree fell accidentally. I received a letter from them (A-1) which I've attached. Priestly management is very stubborn and refuses to admit when they're wrong. It's always up to the resident to fight and take the issue to court, which is difficult for people who don't have the time and resources. Besides this major complaint, there are other issues too. According to North Carolina G.S. 55A 16-02, members have the right to inspect HOA documents within reason. I requested a copy of the contract between the HOA and Priestley Management (Attachment A-3) almost 3 years ago, but they still haven't provided it. Lastly, I constantly have to ask for repairs and improvements to be done as a resident. Here are some examples: A) I asked the HOA in 2013 to fix the rotted wooden planter in front of my townhome. After asking two more times in 2017 and 2019, it was finally done in 2019. B) I noticed in 2016 that two bushes in front of my townhouse had died. They were only removed in 2019 after repeatedly asking, and they only replaced one of them. C) When the shutters were replaced and doors repainted in 2016, I immediately informed the HOA, but they didn't take action.
