Camella Homes review: Drainage canal-overflow

This is related to my previous complain regarding the subject matter stated above. The complain on the backfilling have been completed already 7 years ago. For the past 7 years, houses were built already.

I have another complain on the same location. After 7 years, the drainage canal over-flow and it releases, a lot of human waste and bad smell and this is very unhealthy to children especially infants in the neighborhood.

This have been address to your current PM at Crestwood subd, Antipolo and for the past 2 months, NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN TILL TODAY (26 DEC. '19)

I am addressing this problem for the sake of everyone living at Block 3 Crestwood subd antipolo,

Last night again, heavy rain fell and the drainage canal over-flow again with a lot of human waste.

Kindly, rectify and would suggest to open the drain cover and there might be some garbage or concrete waste blocking the drain

If this not your area, kindly endorse it to your concerned branch here in Camella, Antipolo. your PM should resolved this ASAP. See pictures below for your reference.
