I bought a belt for my son at the outlet in Allen Texas and spent like $500 on clothing the same day. The belt did not last even three weeks, it broke. I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange it. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time! The quality sucks. A belt should last longer than 3 weeks!
Recommendation: Do not buy there. Quality sucks
I agree that the three-day policy is ridiculous, but for an "adult" using the terms sucks. That is just immature
