So, I bought a hoodie from Electro Threads like a month ago. And let me tell you, I got it way faster than I thought I would. Like, I was expecting to wait a hot minute, but it came in no time. And when I put it on, it fit like a glove. Like, it was made for me or something.

But the best part? The colors, man. Like, I saw them on the website and I was like, "okay, these are pretty cool." But when I got the hoodie in person, the colors were even more vibrant. Like, they were popping off the fabric. It was beautiful.

Honestly, I'm already thinking about what I want to order next. Like, I'm not even kidding. I'm already browsing the site, trying to decide what I want to add to my wardrobe. Because if everything is as good as this hoodie, then I need it in my life.

Got myself some joggers, a cloak, and a few shirts from Electro Threads (electrothreads.com). I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived at my doorstep within just 9 days! I mean, everything is HANDMADE, and their website said it could take up to 14 days to make my stuff. So, I was really happy with the speedy delivery.

I ordered a cloak from Electro Threads (electrothreads.com) 2.5 months ago and I still haven't received it. I paid $399 for it, which is a lot of money for me. If I told my customers that their orders would ship in 7-18 business days and then didn't ship them for 2.5 months, I would be out of business.

The product itself seems to be good quality and my fianc? is happy with it, but the whole experience was soured by the difficulty of just trying to receive the item and figure out what was going on.

Overall, I would give this company a cautious recommendation. If you're willing to put up with some serious customer service issues and delays, you might end up with a decent product. I sent all of this information to Electro Threads' customer support team, but it took them forever to get back to me again. When they finally did, they told me that I had done the wrong thing with USPS and needed to do something else.

Fast forward to September, and I'm still dealing with this issue. I've contacted both Electro Threads and USPS countless times, but I'm not getting anywhere. USPS says that I filled out the only stolen package report that's available, and Electro Threads says that hundreds of their customers have completed this process without any issues. But, clearly, that's not the case for me.

When I asked if there was a faster way to get in touch with their support team or if they could direct me to the "correct" USPS form, I didn't get a real answer. Instead, I just kept getting the same "I'm sorry you're having troubles" response. It's frustrating because I've spent $200 on this order, and I have nothing to show for it.
