Bought on the 17/06/2018 from airport duty free shop in Austria. Has been used 5 times and already the matetial has started to crack. The bag colour is red and unfortunately the white cracks in the red are very visible. This is unacceptable for a brand name handbag which costed 149.00 € and has only been held 5 times. I'm a very big CK fan and this was a very big disappointment.

I purchase a Calvin Klein nylon cross bag in September 2018. It has not been a month and my bag starts to rip at the zip. I am very disappointed and would appreciate a response
