please assist I bought 2 bags from 3rd base urban in Middelburg, first bag was purchased in May 2025 and second bag 24 October 2025. after a week the bag purchased on the 24/10/25 started to peel off on the bottom corners I returned both bags due to same damage. I reported it the store Manager Mahlatse on the 06/11/2025, he took pictures of the bag and sent it to head office for assessment. I waited for a week or 2 for feedback from the store no communication about the feedback. o the 19/11/2025 I went to store to hear what the outcome was I was told it's my fault the bags are damaged not exchange or repairs will be done. all i wanted was my bag exchanged not a refund.
