I found their representative to be rude. She talked over the top of me when I was trying to explain the situation and when I asked her to please stop speaking over me she told me I had an attitude and hung up on me. Fortunately the next woman to take my call listened although she was unable to help with my situation due to a very vague and what I believe to be a very unprofessional policy. If you are not able to reach someone by phone they should at least be entitled to a dated and timely mailed response.

Recommendation: Look for more reputable and courteous companies with better business practices.
