Hi I visited the Trop in Atlantic City August 15-16. to see the Air Show. My itinerary # [protected].

Days prior to my arrival I called the hotel to inquire about the rooftop pool asking for the pool location so we can watch the show. I was told the Chelsea. I tried to book it and was told I had to do it on line. I went on and booked for 2 guest for a total of $60.12. Upon my arrival i asked if the pool was free of charge for guest. Yes I was told. I explained that I was told to do it on line and was never told guest do not pay. I wanted to cancel and get a refund. The desk said they are not able to help me and sent me to the pool. The pool said I have to talk to the manager who is not there. This was on the 15th. Next morning on the 16th back to the desk. They cant help me. Back to the pool to find the manager. He is not here right now to refund you. The employee took my number and said as soon as the manager gets back he will ask him to call me. That never happened. No mater what my wife and I kept getting misinformation from the desk. My name is Mario Drozdz residing at 95 Bell St Belleville NJ 07109. [protected]

Desired outcome: I have contacted my credit card company in regards to my complaint of not receiving any service for my $60.12. All I ask is for a refund. I tried to include my invoice but it keeps saying error
