Tim Hortons - service

I was behind this white lincoln today at tim hortons on 8th street today around 6:50-7:00 pm. I had to wait awhile in a line between 5-6 minutes.. I had my window down and could hear it was cause steep tea that they didn't have. Speaking from experience this tim horton's since last owner switched as become a total [censored] show. The customer service sucks. They don't care about customers as customers aren't reason they get their pay chqs. They talk back and are very rude. Before the owners switched people who worked their would have to say welcome to tim horton's my name is.. And how can I help you? Now it's before you finish ordering they give you the total amount, they talk back. They don't say have a good day, on top of all of this.. They never have enough steep tea knowing that's like second most popular item at tim hortons besides coffee.. They tell you we don't have any more you want orange pekoe instead.. Which is very rude cause it's not out of stock.. It's theyre to lazy to make, or the fact they rather lose money so they don't have to waste brew a tea pot and waste of... But if theirs no tea how are customers suppose to buy something that's no available? The fact they ask you to come inside instead of offering to make a fresh pot and bring you it outside when ready like the rest of tim horton's do when they don't have it ready? Why have a drive through if you're just going to ask customers to come inside in the first place? Why be open if you don't want to brew and start selling? Before this tim horton's would grew a tea before while half pot available they had a second one done incase customer complaint about their tea, now you can't even have two tea the same cause they're not enough tea available for two people how [censored]ty is that... It's called a drive through so people who're in a hurry get their orders fast and leave.. Not wait in car through drive through cause tim horton's employees/manager or owner wouldn't "allow more than a pot at a time" before it was past 11 pm they slowed on coffee and tea... Cause it was slow, not after everyone's done work and tired and could use a simple sandwich, tea or coffee and go only to make their day worse by having someone in front of them about them. Again what I watched today was very rude. It's happebed to me before and it's very unproffessional to see employees coming looking at a white car to see why they complaint there wasn't any tea.. We all complain about customers and laugh but not to their faces... Not to point to drive customers away... I myself will never go back to that place and if it means everywhere I sit I will let people know how bad this place has become then let it be. We want old tim horton's back. Old place people liked to go sit have a good time and employees made you feel at home by knowing you cause you're there every break. Not knowing you cause you complaint so many times or you knowing them because they have been very impolite.
