C7 Carbon LLC I heard only promises about my refund

I ordered some stuff from the company C7 Carbon Cianci USA. I paid for the order about $3, 500 and waited for the confirmation email, but nothing was delivered. After several weeks, I contacted the customer services, and they promised to return money within 4 days. But it was lie, and I haven’t received any money. They goofed and told me different promises, but nothing happened. I’m sick of it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
