I placed an order on 7/13/19 several pairs of Brooks womans athletic shoes. The payment showed up to on my credit card statement to Dino Direct, payment to broebuys. The payment No.: PS1907130150329925.

I have not received any further communication from you regarding my order. I have emailed [protected]@servicecentervip.com several times, never receiving a response. I paid 113.78. and would like either my order or a refund.

The website was intended to look like an official Brooks website to defraud people out of their hard earned money. I an a single mother, struggling to work and care for my children and you stole 113.78 from me that I could have otherwise used. Shame on you. I want a refund or the shoes.

I purchased a dash cam from DinoDirect online on the 10th December 2016 USD$43.98 and they failed to send it...

i paid for a phone more than 2 months ago.
1 month after my first claim they sent me an e-mail telling that the item cannot be delivered “for security reasons”… but they continue to offer it in the front webpage.
dinodirect never refund my money, nor sent my phone.
nobody answers my daily e-mails to [protected]@dinodirect.com and they started blocking me in on-line chat help.
i have dozens of e-mails proving what i’m saying. it used to be a good place, but has become a scam during the last year.

Defective laptop

I've purchased a laptop from www.dinodirect.com website and received it in a timely manner. When I opened the package and checked it I did not notice any visible damages, everything seemed fine. On the second day of use it started to make a strange noise. On the third day it was even louder.
After a weeks of use something burned and it stopped working.
I immediately called DinoDirect and explained what happened. They didn't want to believe me and tried to assure me that they stand behind their products and guarantee high quality.
I said that I can send pictures and all the necessary proofs, and they said that they don't need anything and promised to contact me back later. No one ever emailed or called me.

Return Policy

I ordered a game from Dino Direct, and immediately realized I had ordered the wrong thing. I sent a message to refund, and they ignored it for days. They charged my card, and then had the gall to tell me to "please keep the order, because we have great quality products." What?! I told them I didn't want it, and it took ANOTHER few days to get another denial of a card refund asking if I would take store credit instead. Now after getting such weird responses and a flat-out denial of a refund, I want nothing to do with them. I told them a store credit is not acceptable and I am STILL waiting for a refund. Meanwhile, I have absolutely nothing, they shipped nothing, and basically just stole $135 from me. These people are borderline crazy if you ask me. Who tells a customer to just accept the order and not go through with a refund? How weird is that? Avoid at all costs. If you get the item you want, then great. But BEWARE if you have any problems at all. You'll get nothing.

THE REASON FOR SETTING UP THIS BLOG IS SIMPLE, I BELIEVE DINO DIRECT ARE SWINDLERS CHEATS AND TOTALLY DISHONOURABLE LIARS.


THE FACTS ARE THIS IN FEB 2013 I BOUGHT THREE IN CAR VIDEO RECORDERS TO RECORD CAR ACCIDENTS FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY

THEY WERE ORDERED IN FEB BUT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL APRIL, WHEN I FOUND THEM ALL TO BE FAULTY AND REPORTED THIS TO DINO DIRECT AND PAY PAL


I THOUGHT I WAS OK BECAUSE I ORDERED THROUGH PAY PAL
HOWEVER BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 45 DAYS FROM THE ORDER,
WHICH AGAIN WAS NOT MY FAULT, PAY PAL WOULD NOT HONOUR THEIR OBLIGATION TO FIGHT ON MY BEHALF.


I SUSPECT THIS IS PART OF DINODIRECTS POLICY SO I WOULD SUGGEST IF YOU ARE CRAZY ENOUGH TO STILL ORDER FROM THEM AND ITS NT THERE BY DAY 30 YOU RAISE A COMPLAINT THOUGH PAY PAL.

ANYWAY DINO DIRECT INSISTED I SEND THEM A SUITABLY SHORT VIDEO
TO SHOWING THE CAMERA NOT WORKING, THIS I DID THEY THEN WANTED ME TO ARRANGE THE CHEAPEST POSTAGE, £20.65 BACK TO THEM WHICH I DID WHILE TELLING THEM IT COULD ONLY BE FULLY TRACKABLE FOR £15 MORE, SOMETHING THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO.

I SENT IT OFF ON THE 25TH MAY ON THE 5TH JULY AFTER NO WORD I SENT THEM AN E MAIL ASKING WHAT THEY WERE DOING

THEY SAID THEY NEVER GOT IT BUT I TRACKED IT CONFIRMED BY THE UK POST OFFICE THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM BY THE 28TH MAY!

WHEN I SENT THEM THIS PROOF THEY DECLARED THE CASE CLOSED !

    MY LAST COMMUNICATION WITH DINODIRECT AFTER PURCHASING MOBILE PHONE IN SEPT 2012 AND NOW IN NEED OF LCD SCREEN REPLACEMENT:
    1/ DAPENG A8500+ ANDROID 3G is shown in photo, blurred or not – it is definitely NOT LANYU
    2/ Yes I am honest, No you are not being honest
    3/ Yes I have had the phone since September, yes it is what I ordered as in; it is similar to a “smartphone” which was the description given to me via ‘on-line’ chat at the time of looking for a mobile to buy
    4/ NO it is not what was listed on YOUR invoice which listed a LANYU android phone. WHY!!?? would I not knowing anything about phones question that it was not a LANYU? The point is you are not honest and you have not sent actual item identical to item listed as being sold on your website. All of this has nothing to do with item I wanted to purchase which was an Android Smartphone, didn’t know anything about brand Name. Again this is irrelevant you sold a completely different product to what you advertised and invoiced to me, nothing to do with it not being the item I ordered or wanted.
    5/ I have wasted time looking for an LCD screen replacement for Lanyu mobile; and as you have not been helpful right from the onset, I was looking for the incorrect website. Your repetitious replies; “please send photos”; “no longer in stock”; “no longer available”; “no longer contact with supplier”; have just disgusted me, very unhelpful replies especially relating to something you have stocked and sold and now unable to follow up and all of this negative “after sales” help within FOUR months of purchasing item from you.
    6/ Then it was pointed out to me by a mobile repair person here in Australia, surprise! surprise! that the best place to check what brand the mobile is to actually remove the battery and look under where battery goes. He was telling me this NOT because anyone doubted what brand the mobile was BUT because he wanted to be sure which mobile LCD screen he would be looking for so as to repair MY phone. So taking DinoDirect as giving me the correct brand name and information on the invoice and trying to search for Lanyu has all been a waste of time on my part, due to DinoDirect’s dishonesty and incorrect information initially about the phone.
    7/ I did NOT ‘get it dropped on the floor’ – it was accidently dropped by my partner as I have honestly reported. Then I learned from people who have had more experience with these type of phones say it perhaps was faulty due to the fact that where it was actually dropped, it should not have smashed the internal LCD screen and as it is only a few months old PERHAPS the supplier would check this out. I was just pointing out this fact to you which I had been told from someone else. I am not trying to get a new phone OR I was not until it was suggested that given the amount of time and the minimal impact when dropped the phone perhaps had a fault. However you do not have any “after sales” manner that in any way eases the inconvenience to those that have purchased from you. The least you could have done is given me a contact address, email address; something that I could have used to contact the correct supplier.
    8/ What would I do with a $20 giftcard, no doubt only valid if used to purchase through DinoDirect. Again disappointed and insulted with your offer, absolutely disgusting “after sales” service.
    9/ I now rate you with another company name “Telstra” which I can honestly say if both you and they were the last available places to purchase from, I WILL GO WITHOUT.
    AT THE LEAST as an appropriate “after sales” action in my view, you could have contacted the supplier and organised an LCD screen to be shipped to me or to you and I would have paid for it, now that I have found people who can repair it IF I could get the correct LCD screen.
    DinoDirect has been of NO HELP and your after sales service leaves me greatly disappointed.

stole credit card number

Hardly ever use the credit card so I know it was DinoDirect. One hour after placing an online order with Dino Direct, someone in Miami was using a counterfeit card to go on a shopping spree. Had to be a counterfeit card as many of the purchases were at stores they would of had to hand it to the clerk. They also bought gas so would have had to know the zipcode. Just luck I checked the account a couple of hours after this started.

Their service is totally unacceptable and consumers should not order from them

I will never use Dino Direct again and i dont recommend them either to anyone. I had success in ordering my wedding dress. Then i ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses well in advance of my wedding – in fact i ordered them exactly 2 months before my wedding. Subsequent to my order i went on live chat with them 3 times and i was assured all was in order. For the one dress i ordered standard size and the other i provided measurements to have it custom made.

All the while i was assured all was in order – the third time I was assured by an attendant named Otta who during that chat was very rude. Otta was not responsive to my messages and i was even left on wait for half an hour in between. Instead of being apologetic Otta became sarcastic and seemed to humour him/herself at my frustrations.

Four weeks before my wedding, and exactly five weeks after placing my order, i got in touch with them to enquire why the order hadnt arrived. I had Otta on the line again. Yet again Otta was quite rude and then tells me that the custom made order was not done because i didnt provide them with the measurements. This was totally untrue and then when i copied and posted a transcript of my previous on line chats then Otta turned it around saying they called me numerous times and then even said i gave them the wrong telephone number.

In between, the chat changed to oh they did call me but i didnt answer. I asked Otta why then was i not told in my last chat with same in March when i enquired about delivery and Otta brushed me off saying they would refund my money (as they could not make the dress on time) and they did not even offer an apology or try to remedy their mistake.

Their service is totally unacceptable and consumers should not order from them. At the end of the day they depend on us consumers and yet their customer service is very very bad and their on line attendants are rude.

DinoDirect online shipping is a scam

I ordered a Hovercraft using a voucher that I purchased through Eversave. I paid nearly 40$. The Hovercraft...

DinoDirect dispute and refund problems

You told me you don’t have the button to refund me thru Paypal and to close the dispute which I filed and you will refund me. I escalated it to a claim thru Paypal and they emailed me that I have to return all the items for a refund and to provide them with a tracking number. How can I return some of the clothes I’ve worn with all the tags removed off the clothing. I just wanted my money for the 2 shirts which I did not receive which were out of stock and for the faulty skirt.

It was free postage from Dino’s and it would have cost me too much money to send them back. Paypal advised me not to close the case as Dino’s do have the button to refund me thru Paypal. What choice did I have but to trust Dino’s and close the case so they can refund me. You emailed me that you have partialy refunded my money on the 1/12 and wait a few days to a week for it to show up in my bank account. I phoned St George Bank and there’s no refund in my account from you.

On November 18th 2011 I went on the DinoDirect site. I bought a micro voice amplifier. I was told that the product would arrive in a week. It is now December 5th and the product has not arrived. They processed the payment from my card the next day. I have not yet gotten the ordered item and my money is gone. I am still waiting. I have since gone on Goole to research the company and I am finding out that they are not reputable. What can I do to receive a reimbursement?

I want my money and I will submit a complaint every day till I get my money back. Every time I purchased off you I’ve been sent wrong items, faulty items or they were not in stock and a month just to process my order. I want my refund of $59.57 so I can get off this site.

The quality of headphones was bogus and one ear was not working

Yea I also ordered thes fake headphones frm dino direct. The quality was bogus and one ear was not working. I attempted to ex-change these headphones and the chinese lady on the other line barely spoke english, so she either did not understand what I was saying or pretended not to. The sound quality was horrible and it did not hold a charge very long. Also the range was crap, no more the 15 feet or else you would start to hear static; even if it was in another room. I did not want a refund b/c I had no idea it was a fake so I requested new ones, they actually sent me a new pair which was also a fake but a better fake frm before.

Overall I’m no sure about the other products but if one thing is ake then chances are everything is fake. Don’t buy from DINO DIRECT. Its all a fraud in my book.

Failed to fill order or give refund

Don’t seem to have anything in stock (even though the website and customer service indicate otherwise). Customer Service is confusing and hard to deal with after the purchase is made with no accurate or consistent information about the order. After a month of my items not being shipped, I cancelled the order but a refund is not forthcoming. I think they are just making money by taking orders that they do not intend to fill in the first place. I hope my credit card company will help me recoup my losses.

Return Policy has Problems

I purchased a Jacket from dino direct. I ordered a large I am a (size 12) and thought it will fit at the most a it might be a little to big but I can wear a jumper under it in the winter. well when it arrived it must be size 8 ###. I got in touch with Dine Direct and they said send it back and they would replace it POSTAGE @ MY EXPENSE —- $2 LESS THAN THE COAT COST. No thank I thought and I just cut my losses. I do believe everything is slight seconds though. as we have purchased there before ( no more though) once bitten twice shy) !

    Yes. I received the product but no programming instructions for either Remote, consequently the units are useless without those instructions. The order was made 17 May 2011 Order ID K3J14RK1-DD.

    What manufacturer? How am I supposed to work out who the manufacturer is?

    I tried to google instructions for programming Garage remote Control Units but those instructions were of no assistance.

    It should be up to the supplier - in this instance DinoDirect to ensure that its supplier/manufacturer provides all the appropriate instructions with the unit when it is shipped. There should not have to be any need for any follow up. The instructions should be packaged with the units. Your advertising states that it is easy to program - unfortunately without any instructions - it is not.

    As I have said the units are useless without programming instructions.

FRAUD!!!!

Placed an order, order arrived and was the wrong item. Attempted to return and they made it a big hassle for something they screwed up in the first place. They wouldn`t answer my questions, would always avoid them. Finally after about 10 days I gave up. Was interesting to receive a phonecall from Visa that someone had attempted to use my Visa for a $2500 purchase online...this was the only website that I've used my credit card on. Told Visa about this incident and they are investigating. Anyone else had something like this happen, let me know!

Do not buy from dinodirect unless u like risking, i'd like to share my experience with everyone . i've purchased something from www.dinodirect.com which is something such as small little gadgets, at first i thought it was quite good, not until i've made the second purchase, i've bought a 140cm dolphin plush which cost around 21 dollars(including shipping), at first it was processing(around 2 days)and they emailed me after processing telling me that the product is out of stock, so they offer me to choose another product for replacement . My replied to them is i could wait for the product until it is available, they still insist me asking me to choose another product and offer gift cards which is equals to what i pay. No Response about Refund

The Android tablet that I ordered from DinoDirect after 2 weeks would not recharge. I also had some problems with the screen freezing up prior to this happening. My son-in-law informed me that no where does it say who manufactures the tablet. I did not understand that Android is the operating system & not the manufacturer & my son-in-law explained how this works to me. I therefore decided that I wanted a refund rather than a return. I have submitted for a return twice now with no response from DinoDirect.

Today I decided to try to submit for a replacement thinking that maybe they’ll answer me. This has been going on for 2 weeks. The product also took over 2 weeks to arrive. I have tried to get to an operator on live chat & have been unable to get a connection. It’s always the excuse that they are busy & please contact them through customer service which is what I had already tried to do. I can’t believe that this company is so very bad. I’ve never run into anything like this when ordering on the internet.

I would love any help anyone could give me on how to get them to answer me.

Don't buy Anything from Them

I had worst experience with this company DinoDirect. I ordered some clothes from this site on April 7. They delayed my shipping because they didn’t have one of the item I ordered (no color) as they wanted to sell me a different color or a gift card. I told them to cancel that one item and ship the rest as I wouldn’t wait forever. On April 14th, I decided to cancel my DinoDirect order as I still didn’t receive shipment information and I can only contact them through email. After received my cancellation, DinoDirect refused to do so, and simply told me that they will ship my order as soon as possible. At that point, I didn’t trust this company anymore and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

On April 23rd, DinoDirect sent me an email saying that my order was partial shipped and they will send the rest items as soon as possible. However, until now(May 26) I have never received the rest items and they have never contacted me again. For the items I received, they are poorly made with low quality material and wrong size. If you are thinking of ordering items from this company DinoDirect, think twice!!! Do some research about them and read other people’s experience with them!

    I wish I had looked at this site before doing business with this company. DinoDirect. I ordered an electronic device and was sent it in what I thought wasn’t bad timing for coming from overseas. The problem was that they sent the wrong prong plug. The picture showed both round and flat prongs but they sent the round one to me. Having an USA address it is assumed that they would have sent the correct one. They offered to send me a $10 gift card to buy the proper one but Radio Shack said it would cost $50.

    ( the original price on the item was $28) I told them the situation and asked why they couldn’t just send me the proper plug and was told that it would take two months to receive it. Asked why it would take so long and was told it takes longer to do a resend. So now I’m looking at possibly 3 months, (the time since ordering it and receiving the corrected plug) before I can see if the thing even works. Maybe they are just hoping that I forget about it in 2 months.!? WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Did not receive order, can't get refund

I put 1 star because I couldn't review any lower, They suck and should be closed down. Following this statement is the real conversation back and forth between myself and a dinodirect customer service rep. A little back ground, I ordered a product on 5/17/2011 and haven't received it yet.

Hi, we have double checked for you that your package is ready to be shipped and you may get the shippment confirmation letter within 24-48hours and it may take 3-7 days for you to get the package. The SKU number for the replacement is SKU:A1223000BL, Because of my inconvenience I do not expect to be charged for the difference in price, I also expect it to be shipped no later then tomorrow's date, This inconvenience has gone on long enough and it is up to your company to remedy this situation. This is because you were out of stock, you have my money, it wasn't out of stock and didn't take you 9 business days to receive it. I expect the same consideration.

2 to 3 days to prep my order is not acceptable to me now. Today is a business day and someone can walk themselves back to your warehouse, pick my product from the bin or shelf that it is on, pull it out of that box to quality inspect it and repackage it and ship it to me. ITS JUST THAT SIMPLE! I expect an email no later then 5pm eastern time on 6/7/2011 letting me know that my product has been shipped. I have already been in contact with ripoff.com and have an email ready to send to the FCC.

I understant that my shipping suggestion is not how it works but that is how it needs to work today. My patients is at its end and your company agreeing to ship my order and actually shipping my order is 2 different things, you must be able to understand that I have received no assurance from your company AT ALL. If you want to impress me, then ship my order.

But it seems to me that you do not understand, you have not fulfilled any aspect of my order that your website says that you would. First you site said that my order would be processed in 2 to 3 business days and 3 to 7 business days after that before the ordered would arrive. It took 11 business days to find out that you were out of stock. Is your company prone to false advertisement?

    Terrible Customer Service after ordering two items. The products arrived after a very long wait ...one broken and the other needing batteries not available in the USA. DinoDirect.com has ignored repeated multiple requests for help. They took my money, but will not respond to any emails asking for either a replacement or my money back. I would suggest extreme caution when considering doing business with DinoDiect.com if my experience is an indication of their level of Customer Care.
