I got the Acteh electric toothbrush. It's awesome, the battery lasts forever. But the brush heads are garbage. They click in fine at first, but the next day, it's all wobbly and shakes when you brush. And after a couple of weeks, the part that holds the brush falls out, so you gotta buy a new one, and that ain't cheap.

Acteh is a bad company. I got 2 new Jet UV sanitizer machines. Both were new and lasted less than 3 months. The toothbrush control panel stopped working. It says in the *** these have a 12 month warranty. I called them and they gave me the runaround saying I would have to go through the retailer. Really they are not the manufacturer you are. Don't waste your money with these frauds.

Acteh is a terrible company. I never write bad reviews, but this company is clearly scamming people. I got the toothbrush and ordered extra brush heads, but they never delivered to the right address. I reached out many times, but never got a real reply. I left voicemails and sent emails, but never got a response. Don't trust this company, they are just trying to get more money from their customers. Even after I cancelled my credit card purchase, they still didn't get in touch with me. Don't trust them, they are a total scam.

Ordered product on Jan 14. Order #17664. Website shows free 2 business day shipping. Receipt and tracking # received. After a week tracking showed item not shipped. Tried contacting through the website with no response. Tried contacting 4 more times through website and email address in past weeks. No response. Tried calling number listed for company, left a message and again no response. Still not shipped 3 weeks later

Acteh, your customer service is terrible. I've sent three emails about an error from a month ago and nothing has been done to fix it. You promised to make it right, but you haven't. I need the correct brushes within a week or I'll report you to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Here's what happened: I bought 4 Sonic Black Edge Toothbrush Heads on 8/16/22, but I received 4 round ones that don't work with my brush unit. I sent them back on 8/27/22 and they were delivered on 8/29/22 at 11:42. I haven't received a credit or replacement yet. I'm not even sure if I sent it to the right address. I paid for shipping to return them and I still don't have the brushes I paid for. I also sent an email between 8/20/22 and 8/27/22 with no response. Please send me the correct brushes and don't mess it up again. Your customer service is not good and I'm not happy. Please respond with an authorization code.
