I never got my order of a smart watch I bought for my wife for Valentine's day and want my money back.

Walfront LLC is a company that I strongly advise against doing business with. They flat out refused to provide a refund for a product that was of extremely low quality and even had missing pieces. Instead, they bombarded me with a bunch of emails, repeatedly offering me a measly $5 or $10 in exchange for keeping the defective item. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Walfront LLC is a total scam, so be careful when dealing with them. Instead of receiving the $90 electronic item I ordered, I got a T-shirt. The seller keeps bothering me, asking if I received the item, but they never actually provide any discounts as they promise.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They have the WORST customer service, and after I bought a product, they sent me an email saying their warehouse was EMPTY and could only give me a refund. Absolute JOKE.

I bought something and got a tracking number. I tracked the package, but it went to the wrong place, like 260 miles away. Maybe it's a problem, but when I read the reviews, it seems like they do this on purpose. I don't get why they have a website on ComplaintsBoard.com that doesn't even exist.

I bought a toy gun game for my grandson. When it arrived, we opened it and all we found was the vest. There were no darts or anything else included. I emailed the company to let them know about the problem, and they responded by saying they were glad I received it. We are not satisfied with this company and will be reaching out to Walmart to complain about them. I doubt it will make a difference, but I'll give it a shot. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

No change by these guys. Amazing that Walmart still supports them. They got a shipping/tracking number from UPS but UPS claims product never received by them to ship. Walmart refused refund, saying shipping/tracking number equals shipment. When I argued that a product ain't shipped until received by the shipping company, they refunded my money. Someone should contact the State of Deleware and complain about these guys.

Don't buy stuff from this seller! I thought it was safe to order from walmart.com, but I should've done my own research first. I ordered a slip for my wedding dress on July 25th for my August 14th wedding, and it said I'd get it on August 2nd. On 8/2, I got an email saying my order was delivered, but it wasn't at my place. The email said it was delivered in or near a mailbox in a different town and zip code from where I live. I waited until the next day and contacted walmart.com. The service person talked to the seller for me and said they'd send a new slip to my address by Monday, August 9th. It was cutting it close, but I never had issues with walmart and their stuff before! By 6pm on 8/9, when the slip hadn't arrived, I contacted walmart.com again. This time, after talking to the seller, they said the seller would contact me within 48 hours. I don't have time to wait for them to take 2 days to contact me. I had to go ahead and buy a slip from a more expensive bridal store. When I asked Walfront LLC for a refund, they acted like it was normal for people to ask for refunds and didn't try to fix their mistake or make it right! Save your money and buy from another seller! I can't believe walmart.com uses this seller!

I bought a LED LIGHT from Walfront LLC about 2 weeks ago. The packaging was really bad and didn't protect the item properly. When I opened it, the light was completely broken. I contacted both USPS and Walfront to let them know about the issue. Walfront's solution is to refund me only 17% of the $37 I paid, which is really disrespectful. This doesn't solve the problem because what I really wanted was a working light.

Walfront, LLC sells stuff on Walmart. I bought this thing: https://www.walmart.com/ip/LYUMO-Calligraphy-Peacock-Feather-Dip-Quill-Pen-Writing-Ink-Set-Stationery-Gift-Box-With-5-Nibs-Peacock-Feather-Dip-Quill-Pen-Dip-Quill-Pen/221703940. They gave me a USPS tracking number: ***. The USPS website says the last shipping update was on December 13, 9:30 am. It says the item left the shipping partner facility in JAMAICA, NY 11433. But it doesn't mean the USPS got it or when it was actually mailed. I called the phone number on the Walmart site, [protected]. But all I got was hold music and then it hung up on me. I also emailed them at ***om today, but they haven't replied yet.

April 11, 2022- I ordered 2 sets of couch risers and cushion support through Walmart.com Order # ***4206. Items were sold through Third Part Walfront LLC 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958. The couch risers didn't fit my needs and I tried to start a return. I first contacted Walmart which said I needed to contact the seller Walfront. Walfront refused to accept the return and said it's because of the shipping cost. Walfront asked me to keep the item and sell them. I told them I just want to return the item and get a refund. They haven't responded since. I tried to dispute through my Credit Card Capital One and they wouldn't allow that dispute saying the items were delivered. After months of going back and forth I contacted Walmart again [protected]. After explaining the situation, they said they could issue a refund and send return labels for the items.
