In 2015, when Suzie Hayes took over as President of C Spire, the staff had been abusing its customers, both financially and emotionally. Also, the company proudly horrendously abuses those over 65. All with Ms. Hayes's praises and instructions on how to treat customers. I have never been treated this poorly by a company in my life. Ms. Hayes teaches the C Spire staff to abuse their customers if they ask for services that do not generate additional revenue for C Spire. If your phone, which you just bought, does not work, you pay to exchange it. The C Spire customers should join together to fire Ms. Hayes.
Do not allow C Spire to push you into automatic payments. C Spire uses that system to overcharge you. And check all of your bills because overcharging is one way they financially abuses their customers.
Still my watch malfunctions, and my phone will not connect to video calls. I tried going to the store in D'Iberville after being abused, almost physically attacked in the store on Hwy. 49, when I learned that the salespeople are also abusive. I was screamed at and told that there was nothing they could do to help me outside of forcing me to pay for a new phone and watch.
Since all this started, I have been abused by the telephone customer service people, too.
Recommendation: C Spire proudly abuses those over 65!
