BUYSPARES.CO.UK company is dishonest. When I booked a parcel with this company online, they asked what the contents of the package was. The website then asked me if I wanted to increase my insurance, so I increased it to £100. But when I tried to make a claim, I was sent a form with the restricted or prohibited items -and my item was not mentioned there.
Buyers beware. I made a purchase for some oven glass clips and in 2 days I have had 3 seperate payments taken from my debit card. I have had to cancel my card in the fear. Not a trustworthy company.
I bought a washing machine spare part and buyspares claim to have not received my order. The money has been taken out of my account and the customer service team keep stating that have no information on my order and could I please supply my address.
My washing machine broke at the weekend. I rang on Saturday and ordered the broken part (a pulley) over the phone. I was charged extra for "express delivery" and assured the part should be with me by the following Wednesday.
We have put 5 washes to the local launderette in the meantime but the part did not arrive. When I rang earlier today (Thursday) to say that the part hadn't arrived I was told that it was sent through regular postage and that it could take up to 10 working days to arrive!
If I had been told this information at the time of ordering, I would not have purchased the spare part from Buyspares. The launderette is expensive and time consuming so obviously 10 days was not an option for me. I finally drove to another shop today and got the part on the spot. I now end up paying twice for the spare part!

I'm still waiting after 2 months, received someone else's invoice and had my feedback on their site censored.
They delivered one of the two products with an invoice for someone in France, not the UK, giving me the impression that they'd just skip the other item. I emailed them and they stated that the other item would be delivered separately. I'm still waiting for it after more than 2 months.
Buyspares needs to be more proactive with communicating supply issues and needs to take privately identifying information more seriously. I would have ordered it elsewhere if I knew about this 2 months ago.
Also, when I tried to post words to this effect on their website, they censored (aka moderated) it. Don't believe their own site's reviews.
