Dexter bowling shoes
My son wore these for four games and the sticking started to unravel. I contacted the company and BECAUSE THEY'RE WORN I have to pay to ship them back for a refund. WHAT? How were we supposed to know they're defective until they're worn? Nope. Received an email back highlighting the excerpt on their website that worn merchandise is returned at buyer's expense. Terrible, horrible customer service. I will be returning them for a refund and never buying from them ever, ever again. Live and learn, the same products are on Amazon - where they know how to stand behind their customers and make things right. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Price Changes
This company is a rip off. I bought a bowling ball from these people at $147.00 before I got the ball they show a price of $109.00 on their website. I called them back and basically got a "tough luck sucker" when asking for the lower price. Got some BS comment that the $109.00 price was a special and they had no knowledge about it. The price is now $139.00 today which is still cheaper than what I paid. They wouldn't even think of giving me anything off for good customer service. I guess they would rather piss people off instead. This was 3 days after I paid for the original ball when they changed the price. Anyone else I do business with would have honored the cheaper price since it was within a few days of the purchase.
Needless to say I won't be buying anything from these people
