I placed an order on 3rd Sep. I am still waiting for 2 items to be delivered. They do not answer emails. Their WhatsApp does not respond, their phone just goes to voicemail. Rubbish service. The goods are also not as shown. My grinder was a completely different brand and it was used before. The vibro belt came with no box, no packaging - just like that in the delivery bag. The other 2 items I am still waiting for and a different size phone screen protector was delivered! They don't care and it is really not worth buying from this company. They should be reported to the ministry and closed down!

Poor customer service ... I have made a complaint against one item purchased on 22 Jul 2022 (Order number -1093806P723A) the photo on the website is not even close to the real item. I have been following up to get my refund since July. More than 10 emails, calls, what’s app messages they are not responding at all

The original price of the item (worng item) which we have received AED 65/- only but they charge to us AED 145/-

Annoying! Calling them 20 times /10 emails with no answer! I placed an order August 8th, but until now I did not receive my item. Very unprofessional customer service! My bad I would have read the reviews before purchasing with them. You [censored]! you should not charged me if your not sure with the service you offered. I am very upset trying calling and emailing them!

Management have to look on this matter!

I have placed an order on 25th May 2022 and my order which is a G-Shock watch was supposed to be delivered on 30th May 2022 but then on 27th May 2022, they told me that the item that I have ordered was out of stock so then they offered me a different kind of watch but I told them no, I want the exact watch that I ordered. I did tell them that I can wait till 15th June but it should be the exact item. They then told me okay, and they will update me. I have waited for 6 days and no one has given me an update and take note, in between those days, I have sending them a message asking for an update and they were just ignoring my messages. Yes I did say I can wait till 15th of June but I did not say I would not want an update as I wanted to be sure that the watch that I have ordered would be available again. 2nd of June, they finally replied back to me saying they will check and update me, that's it. Then again, I asked for an update and again, they offered me a different watch. And again, I told them no, I want the exact watch as I ordered. Again, they said they will check if the item is available and if not, they would cancel it and process the refund. After 2 days, still did not get any update so I just told them that okay just change my order. Last message I got from them was "we will update you on monday mam". It's friday and no one has given me an update yet. They are literally ignoring my messages though I could see them online. I have tried calling them also for countless times and they never answered, not even one of my calls. Please help me solve this issue as I know I am not the only one experiencing this kind of service from them. You can check it on their app store or play store review.

This company is very dissapointing. No one answer on there email and hotline. THe Tv i purchase form them is deffective after one month and it still under warranty. I want them to replace it.

I placed an order on March 4 th delivery date was on March 9th, I tried contacting but failed then on March 11 th I got a what’s app message saying that the product is out off stock will be delivered with in a week. After that there is no response from any one. The customer care line doesn’t even work. Tried sending mail, messenger, they respond to the first one and it’s that all is. It’s been a month I have placed the order.

The most worst service ever. If you don’t have an item kindly don’t list it in the first place

I don’t think I will even receive the refund.

Some items on urgent basis. They took half amount and rest amount as for 3 months.

After the payment there s no mail no call even not replying for the whatsap messages.

I’m already try to contact with several mails and calls more than 30 minutes am in hold no one answered.

I ordered 28th of February and until now i didnt received the order!no one answering in their contact number,mail as well! In 4 days they will deduct the second payment,but i didnt even have the items!

29/01 my order placed in ourshopee. Today 13/02 still I didn't get my order, 3 days before I request ourshopee whatsup no in Dubai pleace cancel my order and refund my cash but they didn't give reply.

Everybody please avoid purchase from this cheating website, because I purchased one s20plus last month January 6. the delivery date after 5 days, they called me after two days then said, they don't have that item but they can provide from other sellers not only that I need to pay extra amount. Then I said, no impossible and Item was cancelled. The cancelled date 14th January. They said giving the money back within one week, after one week I called again they said, need more then one week. I said ok, Again and again Called them, they said 4 days. Today I called them (1-2-2022) now they are saying 15 days. It is so cheating, don't purchase anything from here, now I'm going for compliant against them because they stole 2709 DHS

Last Month November 7, 2021, I ordered Cellphone, and I canceled the order. I am trying to call and Email them. they always give false assurance and excuses.
1. They said wait for 21 days to be refunded
2. Wait after holidays to be refunded
3. Wait 2-3 days to be refunded.
4. They give date and time to be refunded December 14, 2021 at 8:00 PM
5. They give again date to be refunded December 19, 2021
6. The manager Mr. Siju give again date to be refunded December 20, 2021.

I am disappointed with your staff and your services.

I purchase a laptop month of August 2021 and I have returned the laptop to be fixed due to not turning on anymore.
My daughter used it for almost 3 mos only.

Laptop has been pickup from our place on 24th November 2021.

I am following up for this tru whatsapp, app and call but no respond.

Am Hillary, cell phone [protected] I ordered an item on Nov 1st which was to delivered on 6 of the same month they failed later on I cancelled the order which one of your customer service desk Sowmya called me on 10 Nov to inform that the order was cancelled and refund - hillary- [protected] - R8970 - 2119/-aed, till today I haven't received my money, neither no assistance from the team, i have written more than 10 mails, sereval calls no response neither feedback they keep assuming me.

Such shameless staffs you hire Mr... I don't know you are giving salary or you are teaching them, how to lie with customer your staffs everytime lie. If you don't take any action one day your company will be disaster, your employee are not taking seriously of customer complaints. I was complain before 1 month ago but you know your staffs makes lots of excuse even they are not caring about company policy

What a silly surprise you just made for me! I made an order on 5th of sep and I paid already and the order was confirmed as all the three items is available in stock and the delivery date should have been tomorrow! Out of no where I received a call from ur agent to tell me that two out of three items I bought ain't available! How are you keeping the customer wait for his order till only few hours before the delivery then you tell me that I won't get my items?! Where have you been the last week since I made my order! It's my anniversary and I arranged the surprise which you just messed it up and I dont how the hell I can fix this stupid situation tou put me in with your worst service! I need someone to explain to me why would u do this after 5 long days I wait my order!
