Do not use them
Horrible. So inattentive and careless.
I ordered a bath with a guaranteed delivery for next Thursday and they had to call me and say when exactly they would arrive. No call. No delivery. Contacted their customer service and they said they confused dates and moved my delivery 3 weeks later. They apologized and made everything right or that's at least what I thought. Because nothing was delivered on time.
Now I can't reach them...

I placed an order 2 months ago and paid $584, they said it will be shipped within 2 weeks, but I haven't received it. Talking to customer service is useless and takes too long. I think I was on hold for an hour and wasn't helped anyway. All I found out was that my order was still under process though it's been 2 months... Stay away from them, order from other stores.

Bought bathroom accessories from this place. They sent me a completely wrong things, so I contacted the company and asked for an exchange. When I tried to call they've always put me on hold and I never spoke to a real live person. BetterBathrooms is not a reputable company. They made a mistake and now they are hiding from me. I understand that I lost my money and I feel very depressed. Now I'm stuck with some merchandise which I really don't need. Stuff is nice, quality is great, but I don't need these things! I'm extremely disappointed.

Orderd a bathroom suit off betterbathrooms.com. On their web site it stated 3-5 working days for delivery we needed this suit asap, hence the reason I orderd it. Over a week and half later it arrived (Well late). Defected items. Been waiting for replacements over a week now. Wouldnt touch this company with a bargepole. Tell lies bad communication false advertisingand dont return calls when promised to do so.
ORDERED A TOILET ONLINE NEEDED ASAP, ARRIVED AFTER 4 DAYS. PLUMMER FITTED IT WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE TANK, THE TANK HAD HAIR LINE CRACKS, RANG THEM UP, THEY ARRANGED TO COLLECT THE TOILET AND SAID IT WOULD BE TESTED BY THE TECHNICAL DEPT, IF FAULTY THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED IF NOT FAULTY THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO HAVE THE TOILET BACK.
THE TOILET WAS COLLECTED AFTER 5 DAYS .THEY AGREED TOILET WAS FAULTY. BEEN RINGING THEM SINCE, DIFFERENT STORIES FROM THEM, NO MONEY RETURNED YET. THE PHONES ARE SO BUSY EACH TIME THE WAITING TIME IS 20MINS - 30MINS.
