BuyGoods review: Don't do business with this company!

I ordered Alkalean from BuyGoods. It said Opra Winfrey lost her weight taking this. I placed the first order , then it said I really should take it longer or the weight would come back. So I ordered a 2nd order. There was a 60 day money back guarantee. My order was on June 20th. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. I have only taken 1 bottle and I'm having a lot of pain in my stomach. I have no idea what is really in these capsules!
I emailed them and heard nothing. I have emailed them a second time and heard nothing! I think they are waiting for the 60 days to go by. Meanwhile, I used PayPal and they won't let me file a complaint. They said it doesn't have a purchase protection for this company. I have now filed a complaint with VISA. I am offering to return the product for a refund...but now reading other reviews, I guess they don't ever refund your money! I am a senior citizen on a very limited income and now I'm out almost $500!
I would love to know what I've been putting in my body! Is it possible to have these products tested?
