BuyGoods review: Duplicated order additional 6 bottles of glyco harmony

I placed a order with Buy Goods on the My 31st 2026
My order A3J27SWH for 12 bottles of Glyco Harmony they charged for extra 6 bottles that i did not order ,the order was duplicated and i tried to contact someone for information to send back the duplicate order with no response to my call. When I called yesterday and hung on for an hour no response only a automated email say you have no orders.
I was told on the website there is a 60 day refund guarantee no one answers the phone to get instructions to return the duplicate order
the cost was $ on the website it says

please advise who to speak to or what i should do it is well within the 60 period that I want to return the 6 extra bottles (duplicate order) todays date is june 10 2026, the amount has been charged for $308.33 to my account.
