I purchased Derma Essential and Lipflow delivered to me on June 5, 2026. I am 91 years old and my doctor ordered me not to use them. I sent emails explaining that I had to return them after checking BuyGoods websites that state that products can be returned within 30 or 60 days for any reason for full refund. They were shipped by UPS on June 15 in the box from Buy Goods and received by BuyGoods on June 18 and signed in by Servantes. I have received no confirmation from BG of this receipt & only an offer of 25% refund and keeping the products that I don't want to do. I need help to secure my $542 refund.

It is very disturbing to have a company announce a full refund policy for any reason on their website
and upon returns only offering 25% refund and keeping the products in response to the original
explanation of the inability to use the products due to a doctor's order not to use the products and no response to a rejection of that offer and repeated explanations of the reason for the full return and
need for full refund.

Ask BuyGoods to confirm in writing that the return was received, that the refund has been approved, and when the full refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Also mention that you do not accept the 25% refund offer because the products were returned.
If BuyGoods does not respond with a clear refund timeline, consider disputing the charge with your card issuer or payment provider and attach the order confirmations, return proof, tracking record, emails, and refund policy screenshots.
