March 17, 2025:
On the above date a Luxman MQ-88u tube amplifier arrived with serious
damage. Cost to me is $2066.00 US Dll. Including shipping.
That day, March 17, 2025 I sent an Inquiry to Buyee and reported the damage and asked to start a claim. I received no answer for several days.
After those three days with no response I sent Inquiries every day including today, April 7, 2025.
The only answer I received from Buyee was, according the Buyee’s calculation, 14 days after my first note but exactly when their liability ends.
This was a FedEx shipment so I called FedEx. They confirm my suspicion and have had no claim from Buyee. And, they have no such time restriction as claimed by Buyee’s rep.
At this point I decided to leave the Buyee platform and for the return of funds in the Buyee Wallet of $10,000.00 US dollars.
I have asked every day for TWO WEEKS with no answer.
I seriously believe the agent, who has a name, to be an “AI” generated
answer if there is indeed any answer at all.
Only AI can generate an answer a question with such gibberish!
It. s a real shame that Buyee is so negligent.
This is not the Japanese ethic I know well.
