Burning Airlines Don't use this website

Don’t use Burningairlines.com EVER. I have bought 3 T-Shirts from them and they have failed everything after that. They haven’t provided me with shipping confirmation and when I asked them via email about the status of my order they have confirmed that it was shipped. A week passed but nothing arrived, so I’ve contacted them again and they were still saying that my order was already dispatched and all I had to do was wait. Their customer service is completely ignorant and they just keep saying that they have shipped my T-Shirts.
