Burgeson's Heating, A/C, Electrical, Solar & Plumbing

Called them to come fix electrical issue. Worker came and pushed breaker and it magically worked. They charged $99 for two minutes of work, which seems overpriced. Should have listened to others who said they overcharge. Won't use them again and will tell others about their overpricing.

I had a dude over from Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to fix my heater, and they charged me 129 bucks for it. I wrote him a check for 129 dollars, but they ain't never cashed it. Like, what gives? This company can't have peeps over to do work and then not pay them. But when I called, they said they never got my money. So I asked for a boss to talk to, but the person on the phone was all, "Can I help you?" and I was like, "No, I'll just call my bank and cancel the check, then write a new one for less 'cause of the 23 dollar fee." The rep said they'd talk to their supervisor about it, but now they're sending me another bill. What the heck?!

I got my heater fixed by Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. but the cost was higher than what I expected. I have been their customer for 16 years but one year was skipped because of covid. Before the service, I called them to check if filter kit was included but the technician had to call their office and the full price of materials was charged without warning. I was charged $300.00 for materials that should have been in the contract. They apologized but refused to give a refund, so I cancelled my contract. Not satisfied with them.
