Dawson Services came to fix our boiler/water heater that wasn't working. They came out twice but said it couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. I had to call them a lot to get updates and they didn't tell us it needed to be replaced until they were already pricing new ones. They said it would cost $3,700 but recommended a different system that would be better for us. They came back to measure and give us quotes on different options. But then they didn't call me back and when I called them, they said the person working on it wasn't there and then later said the owner was out of town and they couldn't help me. Now we have no hot water or heat since 9/19 and have to start over with getting quotes. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They were helpful at first but then didn't want to help us anymore when they knew we reached our coverage limit. It's been a long time without hot water and heat and they didn't seem to care.

ac unit maintenance and threats
I was referred to Dawson to get AC unit.maintenance done May 2023. When I called to see how the maintenance would be scheduled they screamed at me and said they would be sure to not get me covered with AHS. I called AHS and demanded someone else who could help. They did give me someone else who was able to help but Dawson is out for blood. Not sure why AHS wants to do business with them after all the racist comments flying out of Dawson services mouths after making a simple check on AC unit maintenance request. Confused about this KKK company.

It's companies like Dawson who are responsible for many deaths during this heatwave. It was because someone on the phone at Dawson threatened to not repair the AC unit because it was not covered by AHS or they never showed up when they were asked to. This company needs to be investigated by the FBI for many many deaths and ER visits due to heat exhaustion/heat stroke because of lack of service and threats to the elderly.

I bought my crib in July and got a warranty from American Home Sheild. Last Monday (January 17, 2022), our gas furnace went kaput and my insurance sent Dawson's services to fix it. The first time they came, they said the furnace was too hot to touch and couldn't find the issue. The second time they came, they fixed the blower motor and capacitor. But that same night, our heat went out again. I called a well-known HVAC tech and he found a crack in our inducer in just five minutes. The third time Dawson's came, they put a bandaid on our inducer with silicone. That was on Saturday (January 23, 2022). Since then, our furnace fan has been running non-stop. I called Dawson's to come fix it, but they called my insurance and said they fixed everything. The techs and receptionist were rude to me throughout the whole ordeal. They're refusing to come back and fully fix my furnace.
