Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning

Comfort Zone Heating and Air Conditioning is unreliable and incompetent. They make appointments, don't show up and don't call. They had an employee drop off our parts to fix our air conditioning, but admitted he didn't know how to install them. After our home warranty company appointed them as our vendor, it has been a month without air conditioning in 100 degree weather. We finally told them we were getting another vendor to do the repairs.

This company installed a Fujitsu Mini Split heating/ac unit on March 15, the system has 5 individual units and has not worked properly since install. I have called multiple times and sent numerous e-mails, had multiple visits from dissatisfied employees who were quitting the company and did subpar work with the same attitude of subpar. To this date my system does not work properly and I keep getting the runaround from this company, with a severe lack of communication. Summer is hot and I am having to run multiple systems to cool the 1 room that the system does not work in and this is a room where I spend most of my time. Also, the workmanship inside my house is absolutely awful, I am going to have to pay a contractor to come and finish this job to make it look professional.
