Burger King payment service

Dear Burger King,

Recently I was traveling to Hungary from Belgium. On our way to Hungary I bought lunch at the Burger King in Austria, a couple of hours away from the border with Hungary. It was a Bus stop with an Ibis Hotel an a large parking lot.

I ordered lunch for €14, 57 with someone who is called Fazel. I paid and took my card back. After that, your employee insisted that i didn't pay. We had a discussion about the fact and I asked him to check it, because I knew I had paid. After not checking he asked me to pay again, which I did hesitantly. I am currently checking my bank account and see that I have paid twice. Evidence in photo.

All I am is asking for my refund.

Burger King service

Filing Complaint about Burger King on East Warren. Address 17440 East Warren. This is the worst Burger King in The Whole Detroit Area. Everytime we and other customers frequent this store for food. We get pulled to the side, so that they can cheat the timer. Customers are asked to back up, and pull back up or pull to the side so order can be brought out.

Often this Burger King is out of breakfast food, System down, and very rude customer services. Next time we are going to record it for social network purposes to bring attention to how customers are treated at this particular Burger King.

Burger King service

Wwe were the only people waiting to have are order taken and they just ignored us for more than 10 min . My grandson said hello 4 times and all the girl did was turn and give us a dirty look . So we left and went to McDonald witch was busy and we were waited on right away not ignored . I will never go to that Burger King again and it's the closest to my home .I do go there a lot but not anymore . Sad to say

Burger King onboarding team member

I was left by myself in the kitchen on the first day of me working and my coworkers was very disrespectful in front of customers even questions I asked weren't being answered, It was overwhelming and unprofessional and I don't recommend this job to anyone. The location is 4408 West Pierson Rd, Flint MI. The managers name is Karen and Sharon, who didn't provide a trainer for my first day..inspection is prohibited

Burger King service

Slow, slow, slow. This has happened multiple times. It seems that there was enough employees to handle orders coming in
The food seemed to be ready and out for the workers to pick from. The person that took our order had to leave before we ordered and help get out previous orders.
People were standing around with disgusting looks on their faces and one even said "good luck" to us as they were leaving
Just multiple bad experiences so management has to be the reason and not jus t one person.

Burger King poor food quality/ poor customer service

8/1/18, store #24457 in TX; order 70, drive thru order at 7:49am. Upon arrival at Burger King, there was a car in front of me at the drive thru order window, we sat for several minutes, and then a worker walked out very slowly with gloves on to turn the menu boards from showing lunch/dinner to show breakfast (I hope he didn't return to work with food afterwards, talking about cross contamination). The car in front of me finally was able to make an order after being able to review the menu. I ordered my food, 2 number 1 combos, totaled to be $12.32, pricey for breakfast and my food was barely warm. I asked for strawberry jam and got grape. My coffee was warm not hot, mind you I had already pulled back onto freeway to get to work. I would like a refund for poor food quality. On this past Sunday 7/29, store #24457, TX; our 2nd visit at new store and drive thru order around 6:30-7pm, went to order Whopper combos, but to our disappointment; it was reported store was out of sesame seed buns, really? We did not order, instead we went to the Burger King off of Berry Street in Fort Worth, TX; excellent service and excellent food quality! We do like Burger King to go out of our way for Whopper combos. However, store #24457 is a new store and our 2nd visit with issues. Thirdly, this visit was last week not sure of the exact day but it was around 7:50am or 8am, but I did submit a survey for the visit. I ordered the 2 for 4 breakfast croissants with hash browns, the croissants were excellent but hash browns were hard and cold; not sure how it was cold when there was a line of people ahead of us, but yes our hash browns were cold and inedible. Unfortunately, for 3 visits at this new store #24457 has been a disappointment. It is such a convenient location; its right off the highway on our way to work. I would visit this location at least 3 times a week; but the service and food quality is so poor, I may have to go back to McDonalds for breakfast food, hate McDonalds burgers. Burger King whopper & spicy chicken sandwich

I have been just about three different Burger Kings in the last couple of months and always order the 2 for$6a whopper for me and one spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter and they always barely have any garden and the last one the burgers were both cold like they had actually been in a fridge not just not under a heat lamp I'm scared to actually complain straight to a Burger King because I'm afraid they would spit on the sandwich because one time that I asked them to be sure to put enough Garden the lady was rude to me and I really am worried she spit on it and I still got awful sandwich it's like since y'all, this time we were in Alabama 2 hours away so I couldn't go back to get a refund plus they were closing when we left so I think that's why it was cold as they didn't have any fresh ones ready because they were closing in 10 minutes. I would like a coupon to replace the two burgers or something I may have a receipt I'm not sure it's been about a week and a half or two weeks ago that we went I had the receipt but I'm not sure if I'd know where it is right now but I will look but I did take pictures to show you a little bit of lettuce the bread was soggy it was awful. Burger King chicken sandwich boonville

I purchased supper tonight at burger king in boonville ny. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some other things. I opened it to eat it and it had 3 hairs in it! Not little hairs girls long hair. I've never been so grossed out in my life! I don't think were ever going back! Its a bunch of kids who work in there and of course their icy machine wasnt working once again also.

Burger King my food was spit in on may 31st 2018

I called that day and reported it that day and was told I would get a call back that day because that was very important but no call came I have since called numerous times and have been brushed off as far as I can tell because I am still waiting for all the calls I have been promised and the last time I called a couple weeks ago the guy told me that apparently out of the lady that first took my call and all the others since no one has thought the spit in my food was important enough to mention and I am really getting tired of being ignored I am not going to just go away If I have to I will contact my local news and let them run the story that that owner condones the spitting on food.

Burger King product and service

Went through drive thru, there was another car and myself. The car in front must of know the person in drive thru since they had a conversation, while I waited. Ordered a sandwich and diet coke, it took a bit to make sure there was no egg on sandwich, It was correct and good . The diet was a regular coke, unfortunately I'm a diabetic, and can't have it

Burger King store was closed an hour prior to closing time.

On July 29, 2018 @ approximately 11:00pm. My niece and I wanted to get onion rings and googled Burger Kings hours. All local Burger Kings came up as 12:00am closing time. When we pulled up at the drive through on white street in York pa, the automated voice came through saying "this store is closed". There was a gentleman employee walking through the parking lot taking the trash out. It appeared as though the store was closed. However, the hours stated on the door was 12:00am closing time. A little confused, we double checked google and decided to go to the next Burger King to see if they were also closed. That store was located on rt.30 and Pennsylvania Ave in York pa. They were opened. When asked the young lady verified that all the local burger Kings share the same hours.
We were inconvenienced not only by time but also unnecessary gas wasted only because someone wanted to end their shift early. I will also be following up with that stores GM.

Burger King twix pie

I purchased the new Twix pie at Burger King in Hiram, GA. I ate majority of it when I noticed at the top of the pie was a piece of mold. I took it back to them, all I got was an apology and my money back. The pie caused me to be very nauseous. I'm very upset that it was suppose to be a "new" pie with mold. Not cool at all. I wil not be returning back.

Burger King managers

I am 18 years of age & just graduated in May. I was so excited to finally be able to work & make my own money...The excitement ended very quickly. My Mom taught me to always be respectful towards my elders, but the Managers at Burger King in Montgomery, Alabama on Carmichael Rd are by far some of the meanest, and cruelest WOMEN I have ever met. I tried to be the best at whatever was asked of me. I came in early & always left late, I ran errons for the managers, who never offered gas money, and never a thank you. They began to use me because I didn't know how to say no. They talked to me like I was a wild animal, they only wanted their work done & nothing else mattered. I would go home everyday upset about the verbal abuse, which was mentioned to the store manager as well, of course nothing was done. The final hit was the day I was sick at work, and told my manager that I could not finish my shift, let me add that I had NEVER called out since working there. She yelled at me & told me to just leave and get off her clock in front the customers & other workers, in tears I left. Yes my feelings were very hurt, because I expected more from an adult. After talking it over with my Mom, I decided to give it one more try. Upon arrival at work two days later, I was advised that there was a schedule change which no one contacted me about, so how was I supposed to know I needed to come in at a different time. The next day which was Sunday was supposed to be my off day which also had been changed. After trying to explain that I already had a church engagement they made me choose between work or church. Church won, I have always went to church, and I know God will supply all my needs! I just don't want anyone else to have to go through the drama I went through, unfortunately I was not the only one. Burger King should be ashamed to have Managers like this in their place of business!

Burger King car towed

Yesterday [protected] my friend and I visited your store in Whiting Indiana at about 3 PM. Your employee Robert waited on us and was very polite and the order was prompt. We told him we were going to Pierogi fest down the street for a little while, he didn't think it would be a problem. In less that an hour we were back and my car was gone, towed. I went inside and again got Robert Davis, who couldn't believe it happened. He got the asst manager who apologized over and over again and couldn't believe it happened. Robert was very help full and getting a hold of the towing company. They towed my car back in an hour and charged me $350 cash. Unbelievable ! Burger King has lost a lot of respect with me, and I was a good customer. Some thing should be done to "RIGHT" this situation.

Burger King food

I went to the burger king located in the 200 block of 50th street in lubbock, Texas. I ordered a whopper value meal through the drive. It was about 11:45 and the emloyee was not frendly or attentive. She acted as if I were interupting her. My whopper had so much mayo on it, way too much. The fries were cold and my lettuce was very wilted. I just want you to be aware of the service and food provided and that it was so disappointing, I will not be returning

Burger King visitation plus religion for a friend

When I got interviewed I asked for my saturdays off because it's the only day I can really spend with my son because of visitation. I don't want to lose my job but my head manager literally asked why I didn't go in for work when my other manager had me off for a Saturday. Plus my friend that works there with me got his application lost after being hired so he had to reapply and he is religious and asked for Sunday's off for church and didn't get it either. I hate to sound rude but I feel it is disrespectful to not understand people's situations when they got problems with schedules and can't work around after she said she could and would after we both got hired. I'm pregnant and have appointments plus school coming up and if she can respect to work around it I hate to say I will quit and put in word to people about this. She even agreed to work around my schedule and I feel she lied and now is being disrespectful to co workers.

Burger King food

Waited in line for 25 minutes, finally got to order my food and they told me to pull up and wait until they bring it out. 20 minutes later she came out and asked for my receipt to know what my order was, frustrated I gave it to her and waited 10 minutes. She brought only half of my food and I told her I ordered an extra fry and an apple pie. Another 10-15 minutes I waited to finally get my order, that was cold. Just unreal and pathetic. This should never ever happen. This was the Burger King in Barnwell South Carolina. I've never had service this bad in my life.

Burger King ridiculous wait time - n.y. s. thruway!!

We stopped with our grandson at a Burger King on the N.Y.S. Thruway. I ordered for the three of us, Was assigned a number to be called when food was ready. I filled our sodas, grabbed napkins, etc., then took my place once again in line. What I witnessed for forty minutes was NOT FAST FOOD. There was one man cooking, one older woman trying to field orders and bag them, while alternating between filling the ice cream/milkshake huge bag, alternating as cashier! Good Lord! I counted five people working on a busy summer day on the THRUWAY!. Store ID 4NYBKG52. I could actually see our food sitting there- by the time we got it it was cool- I like it warm, or HOT? The ketchup bin was empty and we got a small fry instead of a large. there was no point in complaining because the left side of the corral for people waiting was packed. Whose attention might we have gotten? No one even looked up and people kept disappearing to do multi-tasking. Really-I do go to Burger King every Sunday. Please address this issue?

Burger King manager/employee treatment

My dad was overcharged for 2 ten piece nuggets. He was charged 5.40. At 1.69 x 2 with tax I got less than 5.? He questioned it and the employee said he was wrong then said you want me to throw in a free nugget. Wtf? I go in question it and they don't want to hear it and get really rude and told me to never come back. Well I [censored]ing won't and as a veteran i'll be sure to pass it around. Thanks for nothing. Guess you lie because I didn't get it my way. I don't appreciate calling my dad a liar. He is a 77 year old man, the overcharge refund was not even that big of deal. It's about integrity.

Burger King food/service

To whom it may concern:
I have been an avid B.K. customer for almost 42 years now and probably wont be one soon. What happened B.K.? The prices were always good and the food was always hot and ready to. This is the first time I've ever complained about things in your stores. The last four times I've been to store #3926 in port orange my food has been cold and employees have been to busy to smile or even say a simple thank you or say "thanks for stopping by" or anything. It always seems to be an inconvenience for your drive through employees to give me my food and get my order right. Are your employees unhappy at there job? Unfortunately it has been most of the B.K.'s in my area (volusia county)that I have had either the order wrong or cold food. I would normally take the food back but I am on the road traveling from job to job and do not have time to bring the food back. Is it that hard to give a person hot fries and not cold? Even dipping sauces for the chicken fries that I order? Please o please B.K. let me know you can fix this. I hate to go to anywhere else.
