Burger King Stale, dry buns!

Two different visits, and locations. With the same outcome on visits, both sandwiches whopper and BK king sandwiches. Buns were stale and DRY! Made sandwiches fall apart! Horrible! Definitely disappointed.

Desired outcome: Go back to original buns!

Burger King No code number for survey

We used to go to another fast food chain with the survey and never had a problem. Then we tried Burger King and liked the food better. But there is no code on the receipt for the survey as advertised. This is false advertising. We will definitely go back to our original restaurant if this isn't rectified. You owe me 2 free whoppers.

Desired outcome: Code or free whopper coupons sent to me or send to me online or in the restaurant or advertisement stopped. You are cheating people.

Burger King Burger King Breakfast

I only order a hash brown and a French toast sticks. I received my bag with a huge greases stain. I go in to get a hash brown and take a bite as a drive of and to my surprise it burnt and greasy. I reach for a French toast stick and its a grease sponge. My head and stomach hurt. this place hasn't changed it greases in month and this proves it. the workers are nasty and have no costumer services skills what so ever. I'm new to this area and I've been to this burger king serval times and its the same thing I'm sick if this and the nasty greasy inedible food.

Desired outcome: closed down or Revamped new workers training

Burger King Burger King

Went to burger King in monroeville. They had the doors locked and there were two people in the dining area. Employees just stared at me and did the same to someone else. Didn't say anything to us. Will never go back to burger King again. Burger King is going to losse a lot of business.

Burger King Service

My husband I were in 23950 we ordered the 2 for 10.00 whopper junior we told them no onions and cheese to our surprise there were onions and cheese on our sandwich I brought the sandwich’s back and again my husband had to take the sandwich’s back up because each sandwich had one burger patty we spent a total of 6mi s wanting for the sandwich’s to be corrected. We should not have waited while they were making food for the drive thrue that was not busy so our other food got cold not happy and will not be back

Burger King Over charging for advertised products

[protected]. Biggest BS I've ever heard! First they didn't want to honor the coupon they mailed TO ME! Then they claimed there was a .60 cent charge per burger to have a content removed? Called the Burger King complaints and they said there is NO SUCH POLICY! Do not use the Burger King on Jackson Blvd in Jackson MO USA. You will be ripped off.

Went for four tacos and recieved them In the worst condition oily to the max and usually buy taco here. Horrible customer service didn't even got helped by the supervisor the cook came to ask what was the reason I came back with item then felt harassed by the supervisor that became violent viberal and physically trying to find a reason to deny service to my complaint lastly won't ever go back here period.

Burger King My Order

I ordered the $12.99 meal and an order of mozzarella sticks and all my food was cold so I went back to Burger King and was wanting to get a refund and the manager there wouldn't refund any of my money instead she just replaced the order and gave me no choice but to take the food. I'm pretty sure it was the same food that I had complained about. I would still like my money back for this order because we still couldn't eat the food! I would greatly appreciate it if you would check into this situation!

Burger King The whole service

Store number 21300.i went through the drive thru on 01/08/2022.they got my order wrong 2 and then they over charged me.They was very rude.and the food was cold and the fries was half done.terrible service the host was Annette and order number was 544.i had to go through the drive through 3 times because they got everything wrong

Burger King Breaks

I have been an employee for your company since it opened 12/30/21, since being there I have worked a 9 hour shift daily and have not been permitted to take a break, by law after 4 hours I am entitled to a 30 min break in which I have not been getting. Not only that our store manager Christina (Tiko) has a very nasty attitude towards staff. she complains if I use the bathroom too many times as I have recently had a baby and had bladder problems.

Desired outcome: be allowed our breaks and have a talk with her concerning her attitude towards us cause people quitting everyday

Burger King entire interaction

route 130 in Cinnaminson NJ
-arrived in drive through, told computers down and to come inside
-tried to order the italian chicken sandwich, , out of marinra sauce
-order a plain chicken sandwich --cheese only...came out wrong
-received $4 in quarters as change because they were out of $1s
-out of coke--had to get dr pepper
-fries were burnt
--the counter people looked baffled at every step of their movement
-they lost a customer in me here

Burger King purchase of 3 separate orders of Rise and Shine

On the 24th December 2021 at 8:55am, i visited Burger king drive trhu at Hagatt Hall store #19163, Barbados my order was processed as order 41.

I purchased three separate orders of the rise and Shine special, when I got the items I realized all the items were thrown in the bag resulting in the nuggets and hash brown being skinned out in the brown bag. I attempted to give it back to the attendant to separate the orders and was told that she could not take them back. The total of my order was 39.36 and I am dissatisfied with the very poor service. The state of the items resulted in my throwing away most of the order.

Desired outcome: I am requesting a full refund.
