Burger King

I have eaten at Burger King for years. I don't eat a lot of fast food; however, when I do Burger King is my go too. The freshness and the taste of open flame of the burgers were always a draw until Saturday, March 5, 2022. My order was VERY disappointing. The Burger was hard and really dry burned around the edges and appeared to have been leftover from the night before or perhaps earlier that day. The french fries were soggy and as if they had been re-cooked. I share my fries with my dog and even Ceasar would not eat them and he likes fries.

I went to the drive through at Burger King, located at FM 2001 and I 35 in Buda, TX. I wanted to order the 2 for $5 Whopper but the rude man I spoke with on the phone said, " we don't have that anymore"! I told him the sign was still up but he insisted that this was for other burgers when it said 2 for $5 Whoppers. I purchased 2 Burgers for $5 and it was the most awful Burger I have ever eaten! What I got for my money was a bun with a piece of hamburger and some pickles with mustard, which I hate mustard on my burger! Everyone knows mustard belongs on Hot Dogs and Mayonnaise for Hamburgers. The rude Hispanic man never asked me if I wanted mayonnaise on my burger just ""dumped " a bunch of Mustard and like I stated before was the most awful Burger I have ever eaten! This manager needs some customer assistance training he is definitely not manager material! I will not frequent this location again which was FM 2001 and I - 35 in Buda, TX. What I would like is a refund for the 2 Burgers so I can get better service somewhere else. Other customers have complained as well as my neighbor was one who complained about this as well. 03/03/2022 11:10AM - I politely tried to order a chocolate shake with my BK bacon double cheeseburger. The lady told me the shake machine was broken; what else would you like? I asked her, when would it be fixed as it's been broken for over two weeks (a simple polite question). Her response was "If you're going to be a smart [censored], just drive off" in astonishment, I asked her to to repeat that as she repeated the same message, only much much louder! I have no doubt the 3-5 cars behind me heard it. I've filed a complaint with BK's online Corporate Headquarters - that call was very polite, surprised any BK employee would say such a thing to a customer but he did not discount my situation. He promised more feedback's coming. I believe him but we'll see. Until then I'll go somewhere else! JGB

Yes, it said to get the FREE Whopper, I had to complete the survey and purchase a drink and fries. Sounds fine to me.

Did the survey, got the code, and went to my usual store (#5146) and was charged $5.90 for a small coke and a small fries.

Since when does a small drink and small fries cost $5.90?

I spoke to the shift manager and she told me the Whopper meal was almost ten bucks. So what? I was only buying a small coke and small fries.

No, I would never pay that much for a small coke and small fries.

The FREE Whopper was not free.

I send you this note to either verify that the local BK store is ripping off the people doing the survey OR this is not what corporate intended with the FREE Whopper. Either way, it is your problem, not mine... but I will know better in the future when dealing with any FREE deal from Burger King.

Yup just a half receipt no store number no survey code. For the. Free whopper. Chicken sandwich was hard and burned. Date was 3/1/2022. Spring hill fl. Location.

I was given a set of Burger King 3 Pack as a gift, each card is worth $10.00. On 2/11/2022 I registered them online when I went to check them out each card showed that the card was -$10.00 balance, So I called the -[protected] to see what happened and told them that each report showed a system code [2420]

Minus $10.00. So when I talked to the person on the phone, they gave me a ticket # 745147 and said that they were going to send a replacement set of cards for the total of $30.00 and it would take 5 to 7 days to receive it in the mail. Today is the 28th of Feb and still have not received them, can you give me and answer what is going on or do I have to take other action. Thank you D woz

At least once or twice a month the local bk posts a 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper on their order sign. Its the third sign in the row and sits roughly in the middle of their confined drive through. It currently says due to the national coin shortage please use credit or debit cards or exact change. This store is surrounded by any number of restaurants, markets, other retailers, ice cream shops, etc, and not one, in the past two years has had a problem with a contrived coin shortage. I mentioned to the person in charge that maybe they should post their sign on the first post so people can see it and pull away before they are stuckin the line. Some of their signs also say, regularly no dr. Pepper available, no burger king's available, etc. When that happens and i'm stuck in line, I don't order, and don't go back for a month. This time, the person in charge was such an [censored] that it will be two months.

So I assume you will email me the free whopper code then?

I placed and order Sunday which included the following: $5 meal which the fries were omitted, I also ordered 4 chocolate chips and was charged, but given none. I ordered a BK double no mayo/ketsup or mustard, the sandwich was smathered with ketsup. At the height of the lunch hour only one employee was working the entire store, drive-thru and kitchen included. No manager in site either. Customers were walking out and pulling away from the drive-thru in droves. I did not waste time going back for the remaining order as what should've only taken 5-6 min., took over 45 minutes and the order was still messed up. This is inexcusable and there is no justification except sorry management! So I work 16 hours a day and I ask my husband to bring me some food to my job because I will be at work till 12:00 midnight or later. So, he goes and buy 2 of the regular chicken sandwiches, tea, and chicken nuggets. Brings me my food I eat the first sandwich and it taste funny, so as I go to get the second one I open it up to get the jar of mayo off of it and notice that it is raw. Outside edges are cooked nicely but the rest was raw. I called the store and ask why they served me raw food and the night manager said we do not serve raw food. She was not helpful at all. Either you cook does not know how to cook or you are too lazy to watch the crew. So when I got off I took the sandwich to the restaurant and showed her and she still denies it was them. It was them and I will sue if I get food poison. So someone better get in touch with me asap collinsville va store. I will plaster the photos on facebook and let everyone know what they are serving. I am not playing raw food will kill people and they can see that it was raw/

Two different visits, and locations. With the same outcome on visits, both sandwiches whopper and BK king sandwiches. Buns were stale and DRY! Made sandwiches fall apart! Horrible! Definitely disappointed.

We used to go to another fast food chain with the survey and never had a problem. Then we tried Burger King and liked the food better. But there is no code on the receipt for the survey as advertised. This is false advertising. We will definitely go back to our original restaurant if this isn't rectified. You owe me 2 free whoppers.

I only order a hash brown and a French toast sticks. I received my bag with a huge greases stain. I go in to get a hash brown and take a bite as a drive of and to my surprise it burnt and greasy. I reach for a French toast stick and its a grease sponge. My head and stomach hurt. this place hasn't changed it greases in month and this proves it. the workers are nasty and have no costumer services skills what so ever. I'm new to this area and I've been to this burger king serval times and its the same thing I'm sick if this and the nasty greasy inedible food.

Went to burger King in monroeville. They had the doors locked and there were two people in the dining area. Employees just stared at me and did the same to someone else. Didn't say anything to us. Will never go back to burger King again. Burger King is going to losse a lot of business.

My husband I were in 23950 we ordered the 2 for 10.00 whopper junior we told them no onions and cheese to our surprise there were onions and cheese on our sandwich I brought the sandwich’s back and again my husband had to take the sandwich’s back up because each sandwich had one burger patty we spent a total of 6mi s wanting for the sandwich’s to be corrected. We should not have waited while they were making food for the drive thrue that was not busy so our other food got cold not happy and will not be back

[protected]. Biggest BS I've ever heard! First they didn't want to honor the coupon they mailed TO ME! Then they claimed there was a .60 cent charge per burger to have a content removed? Called the Burger King complaints and they said there is NO SUCH POLICY! Do not use the Burger King on Jackson Blvd in Jackson MO USA. You will be ripped off.
