I recently was driving from California to Alabama when
I made a pit stop in Livingston, Texas. I decided to stop at the
Burger King right off I59 . I must say the staff is probably the best I have seen in fast food in my 62 years. They were accurate, polite and always smiling. It was welcoming and made me change my perspective on taking my order to go. I was able to chat with the General Manager and her staff. While I there I witnessed nasty people being so rude and mean and regardless, these burger king staff maintained their smiles without hesitation. Very awesome job Livingston, Texas Burger King. I promised to leave a review so here it is. Keep up the awesome service. It is always nice to see smiling faces.

Lady that took my order and was rude is April.
I was ordering the 2 for $5.00. I ordered a whopper with only mustard, lettuce and heavy pickle, and a chicken sandwich. I said I wanted another 2 for $5.00 and she cut me off and said ok you want mustard and lettuce only? I said and pickles. She sounded irritated and I said I also want another 2 for $5.00. when I began again, she you want it the same way in the irritated voice? I asked her if there was a problem and she said what do you mean? I told her she sounded irritated. She said "Well its just we are short handed" I said"well, that isn't my fault I am just trying to place an order" She then said, "I don't have to explain myself to you" I said ok, forget the 2nd 2 for $5.00, Just give us 4 of the chicken nuggets.
I am not sure why people like this are allowed to be so rude to your customers. When another girl came to the window, I asked who took my order, she turned around to see where the lady was and whispered.. April.
It was obvious she did not want April to hear her. I was really disappointed to have to deal with someone like that and to see the other employee's reaction made me feel sorry for her. Please address this person. I hope she doesn't treat everyone like this tonight... I look forward to a response.
