scam website they don't ship keys or refund!
Purchased keys on June 30th. Today is September 28th, and I have not received keys yet or refund I asked for for over a month ago, if this is not a scam website I don't know what is! Beware don't buy from them! How is it possible I can't get two keys I ordered originally, or a $9.00 refund in three whole months time? These key blanks cost about. 25 cents each, plus a couple bucks to ship, what happened to Buissnesses customer service and just reshipping the keys if there's a problem or lost shipments. I think because there is never products shipped in the first place, like I stated before.. Scam website.
Placed an order of $76.00 shipping included and got nothing
I'm sure if you actually had contacted the company your issue would have been resolved. The only reason people do not receive orders is due to fraud suspicion, address issues, or delivery issues. Bump My Lock contacts the customer via email if any of these issues arise.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I placed an order with this company June 30, 2018., requested a refund on Aug. 10, 2018. As of today September 4, 2018, I do not have any refund or keys I ordered. I truly believe this is a scam website.
