Broyhill 62” Grand Marble Mantel Fireplace. Item #: CAL-622492A. This electric fireplace has a manufacturing defect in one of the slide in connectors. I need replacement panels. I have tried two service numbers. Neither is in service. There is a recording that tells you to contact the retailer. I did. They had no suggestions to try. I purchased this at BigLots where I live just before Christmas. They are now out of business.
