Broyhill Furniture review: Outdoor patio set

I purchased the Yorkshire set in August 2023. Loveseat, couch and 2 swivel chairs. The price was over $1200.00. The set is nice but the cushions are terrible. You can feel each metal bar when seated on them as well as very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. To purchase other cushions is extremely costly and should not be a necessity but with the product being so bad, it is a conideration I must make. It took me a couple of months debating if I was going to write to you to voice my opinion. I am embarrased to have company sit on this furniture as it is extremely uncomfortable. However, I did have company over since our room addition was completed and the furniture was finally placed in the finished room. The family complained how uncomfortalb the set is and even complained of not being able to sit on it because it hurt their back. In the past, Broyhill had quality products. It seems the the quality of the products are substandard now. I expected the set to be comfortable and sturdy. Why has the qualtiy of your products become substandard? Broyhill use to be top notch.
