Every month I go to Brookshires at 5828 Line Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana in the first week of the month to get my rent check in the form of a Money Order.
Every month, 50% (that's right 50%) of the time I am told "the machine is down".
How many others pay their rent on the first of the month with a Money Order.
I usually shop when I go to Brookshires for a Money Order.
But, today since I had to go to Albertsons to get my Money Order, I did my grocery shopping there.

Claimed loss: My time and Brookshires grocery money loss

Desired outcome: Get a machine that works or personnel who know how to work it.
