Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy - incompetent employees
I called my mom's prescription in a week ago. As I never receive a call informing us that prescriptions are ready I went to pick them up two days later. They weren't ready. I said okay I'll be back tomorrow. I went to pick them up two days later. They still weren't ready. I was then informed that they needed to order the prescribed drugs. Seriously? It's been a week and the prescription hasn't been ordered?! In the meantime my mom is out of her medication and has been for days. The employees at the Brookshire's Pharmacy in Forney are incompetent. They are putting people's lives in danger because they just can't be bothered to do their jobs.
Also I had asked for two or three pills because she was completely out. This medication is for high blood pressure. I know a lot of pharmacies will give you three or four pills to hold you over. But the clerk told me no, I could not get any for her. I told him that she was completely out. He just said no. The employees of this pharmacy don't care who they hurt by their incompetence.
I am going through this as I send this. I ordered my pain patch and heart medicine on last Tuesday8/31/2021 and as of today, 9/7/21 have not received either. This is an ongoing incompetence and I am moving my 16 RX's to a Mom and Pop. I quit shopping there because of unsanitary conditions and racism. This is Brookshires in Homer La. Check many managers they have been through.
