BroadbandBuyer insufficient service and delay for delivery

We checked the website online and contacted them for placing an order, first they were quick in response and they quoted us for the required materials we need, we sent for them the payment for their bank the next day and within two days or less they received the payment in their bank. When it came to their part for delivering the materials they offered despicable service they didn't follow our requirement, delay in response and even when they respond they don't give us the whole required information. Miscommunication between their own departments and many excuses for not arranging the dhl pick up, it took from us two days to make payment from qatar to uk and took from them more than two weeks to arrange for dhl pick up which still till now not done!

Last time to deal with them and hope all clients to see how they treat their clients.

I sincerely apologise that you are disappointed with the service you have received.

Please be advised that the communication issue was between ourselves and you, not internally, as the shipping specifications you provided appeared to change.

The main delay of your shipment was caused by DHL. On the first collection they failed to arrive and on the second collection they sent the wrong type of van.

We are currently in the process of arranging another collection for you, and we aim to resolve this as soon as possible for you.
