I’m quite astonished how the largest airport in England requires such a multitude of confusing signs and employees to get from terminal 2/3 to terminal 4 or 5. It’s a properly challenging journey requiring a great deal of walking and trains to get from one to the other. Thank God I’m not with my five kids or over 70. The cost of it all would be easily made up with a new air train like at SFO and other airports. Less people required to direct it, and less very confusing directions. Not to mention the myriad amount of people who likely miss a place due to this labyrinth you call a transfer.
