Hello Nuri,

My wife Sandra Argueta 10/06/1978 had dental work at your office and the PERMANENT bridge fall out 12/2/2025 and is cracked

The bridge was placed over a bad tooth as is shown in the photos.

I want a full refund, medical records name and license number of the dentist.

I called and appears that you don't want to speak to me, 12/4/2025 left a message with your front office staff you never returned the call.
