They straight up lied to me, man!
They straight up lied to me, man! They admitted they lied about delivering my furniture within 2 weeks and then they wouldn't give me my money back. I used my credit card on 7/7 to buy a dresser with a matching chest and nightstand. They had to order it special and said it would take about 2 weeks, maybe a few days longer, to get it and bring it to me. I called them on [protected], exactly 2 weeks later, to ask when I would get my furniture. They told me the last piece wouldn't arrive until August 17th. So I told them, "I was told I'd get it in 2 weeks and I need it now!" The lady on the phone said the person who sold it to me lied and knew it would take longer. I told her I couldn't wait, so could she just give me my money back so I could go somewhere else. But she said, "Nah, man, only store credit, no refunds." I tried to explain that I didn't even have the furniture yet, but she still said no and didn't even try to make it right.

I bought a couch and love seat from Brian's Furniture in October . It came in November . When they delivered it, the love seat had a lil' hole on the side. Before they could fix it, the motor in the recliner of the love seat broke. They took the love seat away, fixed it, and brought it back. They stretched fabric over the frame to replace the torn material, but it ended up lookin' all bunched up and dented. The leather on the front got messed up from pullin' on the fabric, and the cushion got all misshapen. And now, there's another hole on the other side of the love seat. I told Brians that their fixin' job didn't make the couch look like new at all. It actually made it worse than before. Brian's only solution was to take the love seat back and stretch more fabric over the new hole they made. The manufacturer even reached out to Brian's, but they still won't fix the problem.
