    Dear Sir my name is Timothy Helmick I bought a 63 inch Samsung plasma last year in november i also paid for 2 year extended warranty.One month ago the tv was picked up for service i have gone round and round trying to get it fixed yester day i was told the extended warranty would not pay for the repair because the tv came with two years in home warranty, So i contacted Brands mart who is A Samsung repair station and asked why they did not know this and got hung up on twice.So I went to the store and talked to Sam the manager he refunded my money for the extended warranty then I contacted Samsung they advised me to get my tv back from Brands mart and Samsung would send a repair person to my house for repair and this started after Chris from Samsung got transferd around on the phone and hung up on twice. I have been a Brands Mart customer for a long time now I dont think I have any more confadence in them on monday it will be 5 weeks with out any repair. I also have a LG tv and found out it has the same 2 year in home warranty and was sold a two year warranty this is not right, I would like some one to see my problem is corrected and a refund on the LG warranty I was`sold at first I thought the sale of the warranty was isolated now I know its common becuase the sales people make more on the warranty than the product, I have been abused by Brands Mart and defrauded I think some one there needs to help me IT would be the right thing to do Thank you Timothy Helmick

    @timothy Helmick Good day, would you please let me know if Brandsmart ever resolved this issue for you to your satisfaction? please let me know When they came to fix my washer an unethical dishonest repair technician was in my home and he decided the best way to fix a leaky washer was to put a whole roll of paper towels and cloth towels in the bottom of my washer which over time caused the bottom to rust out. I went through the process with the warranty company Warrantech who subsequently denied my claim without even sending someone to my home. I encourage you to help me expose the fraudulent activities of their warranty company and their service technicians and the senior leaders of brandsmart who are aware of these issues but do nothing to correct or satisfy the customer. There is a fast and simple way to let the Florida State Attorney General's office investigate your concerns. If enough of us file complaints perhaps we will get justice or at the very least force brandsmart to operate in a more ethical manner.     I purchased a refrigerator at the Deerfield store My name is Michael Zimmerman My address i 807 n e 35th street Boca Raton My home number is 561 9887024 During the delivery they scratched my floor This is the second complaint I am filing I have talkes to the sales manager who promised to get back to me and never did I have spent long times on hold with no resolution Due to my frustration I am again sending a complaint as requested and informing my credit card company to take the charge off my bill for a second time While typing this message I have been on hold with phone ringing for over 20 minutes
