I purchased my Conair 1875 watt hair dryer, white (along with one for my mother) at Walmart in Arizona a few months ago. The back of the hair dryer has incredibly strong suction and twice now it has sucked in a GIANT chunk of my hair. I couldn't just pull my hair out of the hair dryer, so I had to cut off a chunk of my hair. My mother also had one of her towels sucked into the back of her hair dryer. This is not okay. I don't usually complain, but this is a very big deal to me because this could be a very dangerous issue had circumstances been different.

She never once said may I put you on hold while checks on something and I constantly had to ask her are we still connected. Also, when I proceed to ask her a question you can sense the irritation in her voice and then she turns around and says to me I am talking on top of her! I am livid, up until this point I have a good feedback with customer service and then she would transfer me to her manager. She changed her words so many times.
Purchased this from Sally’s in may of 2023 , it’s barely 6 months old and there is no heat .. I had my last one for 7 years .. this not acceptable. It’s for home use only. Very disappointed in this product serial # [protected] 7
