I have engaged one firm called BPL No 1 Cargo agency having Registered office at Riyadh having phone Nos [protected], 403468, [protected], [protected], [protected] and the persons name who have collected the material from my home at Riyadh is Mr Naser whose mobile No 00966 [protected] on 23/11/2012 as per their bill No BC 5536 total weight is 338 KG containing 15 Packets with a condition that the material will reach maximum 4 months time as I was leaving Saudi Arabia on final exit, The consignment is from Riyadh to Kerala (kollam) Adress to Sasidhara Kurup Mobile [protected]/[protected]
Kindly do ensure that the material is not taken by the agency with out forwarding to India . I request the intervension of the concerned department in Saudi Arabia to sort it out as you know it is my hard earned money at the age of sixty . Now I am not in a position to fight with the agency
Hope some positive action will be taken by the department and inform me

I had booked this cargo from Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and sent it to Mumbai (India) in the 1st week of October, but while receiving it, I found most of my stuff broken or damaged. The total loss for me is almost 35K INR.
I want to lodge a complaint with BPL Cargo for taking serious action against them and bearing my loss.
Bpl cargo please don't lie to your customers .. They said with in 45 days to 60 days your shipment will be deliver for ship cargo, but now more than 3 months even after custom clearance they're unable to deliver the goods after a month .. Think twice before you send anything from these people's

I have received my things after 10 months, expired and damaged
I had exit from saudi from November 2020 . I just follow the case by WhatsApp. Now they are playing like a fraud company. BPL , TIT cargo Jubail branch
They are looters! Sitting and lotting hard earned money of innocent people. First they give you quote of something and then charge you 10x times more then agreed amount.
Fraud ! Goons! Be aware of this company and people running this business!

This cargo i sent in 12 December 2018 from BPL cargo jubail branch. This is not delivered yet by today 3 March 2019. Why what is the reason. No one have exact information regarding shipment. You guys are bluffing with customers.
Is there some one who can assist me on this.
If my parcel lost who will give my money.

THIS IS NOT THE GENUINE BPL CARGO AGENCY. I CONTACTED THEM ON THEIR BATHA OFFICE & THEY SAID THIS CARGO AGENCY IS FALSELY USING BPL'S NAME EVEN THOUGHT HIS INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED ON THEIR SITE ITE AS THEIR HEAD OFFICE. THEIR ACTUAL HEAD OFFICE IS IN DAMMAM.. THEY ARE FRAUD ! BEWARE !
