I purchased a model shx53t55uc/01, serial #fd930701912 from lowes in april of 2016, I called bosch regarding a problem with the unit and was given the name of a local repair service, a to z repair. After 3 weeks, the the unit was not repaired, excuses included being very busy to the wrong parts being ordered. At that point, I notified the tech that I had to find someone else. I contacted a & e repair services (another bosch certified repair sents service). After 2 services calls, the dishwasher is still not repaired and it has been another 2 weeks. Wrong parts were sent according to the tech and the correct part was more expensive ($250.00) plus this does not include labor. Now I am looking at 6 weeks for a repair regarding a wiring hardness that fits inside the door.

I would appreciate your assistance with this problem even if is some type of consideration regarding the cost.
