Boost Mobile review: Rude manager from location Boynton Beach

I visited this location to purchase a phone and a tablet for my 86-year-old mother. I clearly and repeatedly informed Diann that I did not want a 728 area code. Despite this, she assigned a 728 area code and then provided me with an alternative number that does not work. When I returned to the store a few days later to have her mistake corrected, Diann was rude, refused to assist me, and demanded that I leave the store, threatening to call the police. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially considering the error was entirely hers and directly affected my elderly mother’s ability to be reached.
