I have asked to cancel this service due to devices locked to another carrier. But after I was given an unfamiliar phone number that I was unaware of, even after answering all security questions, and giving my credit card information that was being charged for services I couldn't activate. I was told to go to a boost mobile store to confirm my identity after during all that I was still told I couldn't cancel services because I couldn't give the phone number of the account. I want these charges to stop; I'm being charged for services not activated or able to use.
