Boost Mobile review: Boost mobile customer disservice

I have been trying for months to access my account. I have spent hours both online chatting and speaking with customer service and yet nothing. I'm still locked out. I need to get in to update my payment method but they don't care. I received all their horrible texts about upgrading my phone, plan, etc., including texts that my payment did not go through (gee, I wonder why), yet t hey cannot figure out a way to get me the authentication text needed to access my account.
